their wifi doesn’t work for almost 2 weeks already and the “estimate” for restoration is ANOTHER whole week. multiple maintenance requests and still have to run the dryer 2-3 times per cycle. they will just tell you there is nothing wrong with it and it works fine. every maintenance requests is just them slapping a bandaid on the issue. the toilets run water by themselves like every 20-30 minutes and it’s so loud. if i was actually paying cheap rent for all of this it would make sense, but they charge so much for utilities it’s not cheap and it’s not worth it.

Please don’t let the mindless 5-star reviews deceive you. Most of these reviews are from people who aren’t even tenants here and they merely reflect how friendly the staff seem, not the actual quality of the units themselves. The condition of my unit upon move-in was gross and embarrassing. The carpet was stained and full of hair and there were obvious stains on the walls that could have been wiped off in seconds. Needless to say, it’s clear these units are not cleaned between tenants. There are also countless reviews from former tenants who were charged for damages they didn’t cause, like dirty carpets, which is infuriating considering the apartment is clearly pocketing that money instead of repairing or simply cleaning the units they’re charging people for. As for the “cheap rent,” it’s far from cheap once you factor in how much you’ll be paying for utilities each month. The utilities are billed through Conservice, a company notorious for overcharging and scamming residents. To put into perspective just how outrageous it truly is, I’m paying more here than I did for an ENTIRE 3-bedroom apartment with utilities billed through the city. While the cost of rent may seem appealing, you’re better off looking elsewhere considering the total price you will end up paying each month. Management relies on flashy claims of “millions in renovations” to lure new residents in but in reality, nothing is happening. I could not advise enough people to steer clear of this apartment.

This place is absolutely horrible what ever you do DO NOT SIGN HERE. The base rent seems nice at first but they overcharge for utilities like crazy, we limit our usage insanely, never keep the lights on and all that and we were charged 150 EACH for this month’s utilities in a four person unit. We make maintenance requests and they only get completed half of the time. When I moved in my shower didn’t turn on, my bathroom faucets didn’t work, nor did my fan. Our air filter was covered in black mold and was dripping goo…. Extreme amount of bugs were previously in the apartment and WE had to clean them all out. Half of our cabinets were broken and our ice machine STILL doesn’t work after putting in our third maintenance request for it. My toilet is constantly running and flushing itself so I have to clean the black mold out of it once a week. They told us from the very beginning that there was going to be 24 hour gym access and promised equipment that they don’t have and they’re not going to get but I’ve been kicked out multiple times in the middle of my physical therapy work outs before the office is even supposed to be closed. They send us emails saying we have 24 hour gym access and it’s on their website but it’s not true. This isn’t the only thing they lie about we’ve had multiple other issues. There is dog poop every where. They don’t offer handicapped accessible parking in front of most buildings and refused to work with me on getting a covered spot for being handicapped. My roommates light in her room still doesn’t work. It smells. The countertops are covered in limescale that won’t come off. They did renovations at 9 in the morning and we had all of these random men in our apartment of four girls all day. Then the next day one of the men walked into my room while I was asleep and didn’t knock and I was literally in my pjs. Our back door wouldn’t shut or if it did we wouldn’t be able to open it back up. The last photos are what our air filter looked like. You can live somewhere much nicer for how much the rent ends up being after utilities

The lodge has been an amazing experience!! The property is nice and neat and the maintenance team is very on top of things, the girls in the front office are always extremely helpful and easy to work with. Specifically Camryn who always goes above and beyond for anything I need! I would 100% recommend the lodge to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

The lodge was an experience. Half the time living here they started remodeling adding plenty of extra noise and irritated my dog. I am in a 4x4 with two other people (one vacant room) and such vacant room flooded 3 separate times with 3 different issues. First time they had people come in and handle it (not fixing the issues just making it look like it never happened) they left bugs and chipped treading as well as used our electricity to operate a huge fan like thing for weeks. 2nd time they came in with that fan for another few days (not replacing carpet or anything). Third time they checked it out and left it. The ceiling became brown and turned a bit darker over time and today they came in and painted over it? Landlords special for sure. The blinds I know we will be charged for, issue to it is if you touch them, they are breaking. My roommate went to lift the living area ones up and it just snapped in the middle. Little pressure, just and light tug up, with support on both sides. Our patio door has air coming in through the bottom. Our windows all have air coming in through the bottom. Our porch was disgusting when we first moved in. My door caught the carpet one day when I went to open it, perfect rip. I had to open it just enough for me to fit in because they couldn’t come till the next day. They came, checked it out, and told me it was my dogs fault? The dog who was crated when I was not in my room. Who only became interested in it after it had torn and they checked it out the first time. The walls are cracked and covered up by paint and the stove is trash. I stopped asking them to fix things because they with say it’s fine or say it’s been reported. The dryer stops working well after using it 2-3 times. We have to dry our clothes 3 cycles even with little clothes (yes we empty all the necessary areas from lint.) our water heater went out probably 3-5 times in the start and they just taught me to switch the breaker to flip and called it a day instead of finding the root of the problem. A-swell as the water smelling like hard metal constantly. And when reported, saying it’s normal. We moved in to broken glass on the ground from a light. Dents everywhere. Not excited to see all the wonderful fees I receive at the end of the lease but excited to move out! Hope if they painted the room for a new tenant that they’ll love to hear the problems as well. My rent is 610 but I pay 800-850 typically due to utilities which are building based not singular apartment based. All the water leaks (not only our apartment) raise our bills as well as not getting a confirmation on where all the electricity and water used by the workers is going towards whose bill? We constantly have lights out. Our ac is never changed temp. We don’t have one of the four roommates.and our Third roommate doesn’t even stay here over summer and the price hasn’t changed. We don’t use the water they provide other then to wash dishes and shower. We don’t use the dishwasher other then as a drying rack. Where is the high bills coming from? As a dog owner I pick up my dogs poop yet the trash can is usually full. The dog park hasn’t had bags in a very long while and also smells horrific. I’ve paid the significant money to this place to not get anything but okay sleep. Get curtains if your going to live here. Never have your blinds down. Keep everything clean and take photos constantly.
