I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. We use to be called the edge and I thought I made a mistake living here. BUT, now that we got new management ,it is a ALOT more better. That one office worker who is name Irina, very nice and polite worker. She has helped me a lot and has answered my questions. Everyone there is nice. This a nice a place to live, especially since we have the fastest shutle route. No traffic and no train tracks here. I recommend living here! Especially since we are getting a new big gym!

I moved here when it was ‘The Foundry,’ and it was a rough experience- maintenance requests took a long time, unit conditions were rough and amenities were always broken. After the Edge was put under new ownership it has been so much better! Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, after the renovations my unit is so much nicer, and the front desk staff take my concerns very seriously and handle issues swiftly. I’ve really enjoyed living here since the new ownership and highly recommend living at the Foundry!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! My bathroom was a literal construction zone when we moved in and it took them almost 2 weeks to get it to where I could actually shower. We had mold in our apartment for over a month that made all of us super sick and they waited until we threatened lawyers to finally fix it. There have been multiple car windows smashed (including my boyfriends) and they refuse to put in cameras or even send out a notice to other residents. They enter your apartment without warning all the time even just to leave notes on your bedroom door. They raised the rent for next year even after being way worse than cheaper apartments. Don’t bother paying more for this place. Go to copper beech for triple the space and half the price. These apartments are too small and too poorly built to be charging over $800 for a 4 bedroom. These apartments SUCKKK!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE! Also a big screw you to the foundry for screwing us over all year. This place will never be good no matter how many stupid gaming centers y’all build.

Living at these apartments was an absolute nightmare. First off, they kept charging me insanely high fees even though I didn’t have any roommates since everyone else had moved out. I was basically paying for space I wasn’t even using, and the management didn’t care to adjust anything. Then, out of nowhere, they moved me from my original room to a new one with roommates I didn’t even know. No notice. Just here you go, pack your things, you’re moving, and you’ve got three days to do it. This was in the middle of spring break, so I was already stressed, and suddenly, I’m scrambling to find a way to move my stuff with barely any time. The new roommates they stuck me with were a complete disaster. I’m talking about a total mess. Dirty dishes piled up, trash all over the place, and they weren’t exactly the friendliest or most considerate people either. It was like living in a house with strangers who had no respect for common decency. And that’s not even the worst part. The entire apartment complex was falling apart. Mold everywhere, on the walls, in the bathrooms, behind the doors. It was disgusting and unhealthy, and they couldn’t have cared less. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze money out of us and not put a cent back into actually maintaining the place. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It might seem like a decent deal at first because of the rent price, but trust me, you'll end up paying way more in stress, frustration, and literal health problems. There’s no regard for tenants here, and you’ll always end up paying more than you bargained for. Save yourself the trouble. Just avoid it.
