Gave 3 day notice that me and my roommates had to be up and completely out of our apartment a month before our lease was up because they “already had a contract” with other people to enter the unit. Not to mention the insane amount of black mold in the ENTIRE unit it’s crazy. Used to be $540 for a townhome so it was wtv you get what you paid for but at the price now is ridiculous. Only a handful of visitor parking in one area for the entire complex even if your unit is further away guests still have to park far away. (all get taken up by people using the spots to get to the party bus to austin). Pretty sucky apartment ngl.

Have leased at The Avenue for two years and just HAD to leave a review! Living in this community has been an exceptional experience from day one. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, and communication about the many recent property updates has made transitions super easy. Leasing agent Ezra Baze deserves special recognition - she welcomes everyone with a smile, is enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping residents feel supported. In a busy college town serving a major university, this level of care can be rare. The Avenue truly sets the standard for excellence—highly recommend!

This management is so unresponsive I’m literally going to explode. They never answer the phone, they never answer emails and when they do it’s at least a week later. Today I went to the front office at 10:30 assuming they open at 10 (since it’s literally on the door) and I was met with locked doors and people from the inside looking at me like I’m stupid? They’re doing constant construction and it’s so inconvenient. They’ve decided to remodel the apartments and on top of that now the club house? I just feel like there’s a better time. I’ve never known peace since living here. A friend of mine has also had a roach problem for like over a month that has not been taken care of. Honestly I never would have expressed all this through a negative review had the doors been unlocked this morning (just a final straw tbh). Do better.

I was lucky enough to get a good unit apart from broken blinds and moldy vents which they did fix pretty quickly, the amenities are either poorly kept or just dont work, I haven't had any problems with the towing company myself but from what I've heard and seen they do suck. Also was advertised that the walls would be noise canceling (they arent) because the avenue is right next to the highway so its loud.

Terrible Experience – Stolen Property, Broken Amenities, and Unprofessional Management I’ve had an awful experience living at The Avenue. My personal belongings were stolen by contractors hired by the property, and instead of taking accountability, management refused to provide the names of those involved. I was never reimbursed for my stolen items. For two months, I didn’t even have a working key to my own home. Many amenities don’t work as advertised, and when I tried to address these issues, the assistant manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. They’re currently trying to “rebrand” and raise prices, but the quality of living and lack of accountability make it absolutely not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend The Avenue to anyone — even if the rent was half of what they’re charging. Oh and my toilets still broken. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
