Came in for a tour October 21 2025 at 4:30 with intention of moving. No one was there. Stood outside for 30 minutes. Saw two maintenance people. Was told they would be there shortly. They were not. Guess they wanted to go home early today. Their response is saying that they had a notice on the door saying when they would be back. The “we’ll be back sign” was set at midnight. Also how does one person have an extended lunch when I saw two people exit the office as we were pulling up. Seems like there was two people on an extended lunch break.

I had an excellent experience after submitting a maintenance request for my fireplace. The service was fast, reliable, and handled with great professionalism. The staff is always working to ensure that the units are safe, functioning properly, and well maintained. A special thank you to Rogger for his time and outstanding service. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to serving the community. We truly appreciate his commitment and attention to detail. Highly recommend the maintenance team!
