Sendero Trace

I enjoyed living at Sendero Trace. The apartments were beautiful and I loved the amenities. The only downside is this a new and developing area so the cell signal was not as great as I’d hope, but overall, I had a great experience living here. Jed from Maintenance was fantastic and was always quick to respond as well. Chase is the best manager! He was always so helpful and very responsive with any questions or concerns. Even when I moved out, he didn’t hesitate to help with anything.

I moved into this complex in February and have been dealing with ongoing issues regarding my paid carport parking spot. When I first brought it up months ago, management told me they were working on securing a towing company to enforce the parking rules and that they would send out a reminder email to all tenants. Neither of those things ever happened. Fast forward to September, and I am still experiencing the same issues with unauthorized cars in my paid space. Recently, I had a confrontation with someone who refused to move their vehicle. When I reported it to the office, the staff member who answered the phone showed no empathy and seemed uninterested in helping resolve the situation. I was simply told to send an email with the car details — but in the past, it took weeks to even receive a response, and nothing changed. It is frustrating to be paying monthly for a reserved carport space while the complex fails to enforce the rules or follow through on their promises. Management has been saying since February that they are “still working on quotes” for a towing company, but after seven months, there is no visible progress. At this point, it feels like there is no urgency or accountability on their part.

Don’t move here, cheaply mad with cheap labor. Thin walls, a small water heater (won’t fill or heat up in that big square run) I emailed about problems I had, such as people not cleaning up after their pets, the convenience store never being filled or stocked but once, and other issues and they NEVER Responded. HOWEVER, I put in my 60 day notice to vacate and got one day behind in rent and guess what I get? A ONE SAY NOTICE TO VACATE! Chase, you lack personal communication skills, you might wanna go to another sales school. You need more training. I haven’t heard a word from Kara, regarding me moving out due to the vacate notice- And my experience there was a waste of a year. I was one of the first tenants in this new complex. The BEST THING about Sendero is the MAINTENCE TEAM , the apartment itself - eh. Don’t move here if you’re looking for great communication from your staff, Jaden and Kinsey were awesome too. But Chase, not so much. Kara was super sweet, edited to add. One star is just bc the maintence was awesome. I would give ZERO STARS IF I COuld . I did try reaching out like I mean in the loft app but never got responses regarding my complaints. (Maintence, yes)

If you are looking for a warm and cozy and private apartment- KEEP LOOKING. Don’t STOP HERE! My relationship and conversations with the office staff were very friendly and receptive until Chase arrived. As a matter of fact, the first time I saw him in the office, he didn’t even greet me, or smile, and got up and moved into another office. I sent numerous emails expressing to staff my concerns regarding rules being broken in the complex, or the “convenience store” not ever been filled in the entire year I lived here, and other renters concerns , like trash not being picked up AS PROMISED, and the complex NEVER being sprayed for bugs (things we were paying for but not getting) and I NEVER got a response. However, after I sent a 60 day notice to not renew my lease- Chase sent me 24 hour notice to vacate one the FIFTH. (The 5th!) My last week of living here, the WiFi in the clubhouse didn’t work, the pool music no longer plays, and the umbrellas we used to have are now gone. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors late at night, they used cheap materials and cheap labor to build them fast, and things aren’t made well. My dishwasher isn’t screwed in properly, the cabinets fell off while I was at work once, (not screwed in properly) and the toilet plastic screwed have broke twice in less than one year. Like hot water and hot baths? Don’t let that big square tub fool you! The tiny hot water heater is set to not hot at all, and will only provide a 9 min shower. As for a bath, less than one third full, with semi hot water, makes for a less than relaxing experience.the MAINTENANCE STAFF is the BEST THING ABOUT the Sendero Trace!!!!! I’ve been here since September and really enjoy living at Sendero Trace Apartments! I love the modern, open concept style apartments, as well as all of the super nice amenities. I especially love the resort-style pool—it feels like a mini getaway right at home. The outdoor fireplace and grills are perfect for relaxing evenings doing homework outside. There is also this super cool and convenient Micro Market on property that’s open 24/7 and has all type of late night snacks or drinks to grab on the go. One of my favorite things is that they host fun and unique events at the clubhouse, which really adds a sense of community. Kinsey and Jaden are always extremely helpful and kind. I love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
