They have roaches in the dormrooms. The restrooms in the rooms are moldy and musty. This place is so outdated and not worth what they charge. Disgusting place!

For anyone that’s living here next semester be aware there is a horrible ant problem here. I have an emotional support animal living with me and countless times I have woken up to ants being in her food, my closet, my bed, my bathroom, and my desk. And as of recent I have been waking up everyday with multiple ant bites on me, I wash and change my sheets every single week btw. Basically impossible to get rid of them, I’ve tried ant bait and have put all my food in air tight containers even though all my roommates also have food out but yet I’m the only one having this issue. Mold and mildew growing in the bathroom and tub, honestly living conditions here are poor. Another mention is the laundry room, dryers are constantly out of order and destroy your clothing. Parking is also terrible here, multiple times I have found bottles under my car, including one time when there was human fluids in the bottle. Truly for how much I’m paying a semester this is hardly livable.

I have multiple rude encounters with one of the girls that work here, Emma. It's annoying to be treated like a child at your own home especially for the price you are paying to live here.

I had just got done bringing an Instacart order. I assume it was for his daughter or something like that. The instructions said to bring it to the front desk and the students there were looking at me crazy. I don't appreciate that. They are very very rude. They need to learn to have manners. All the college kids that come from within the state of Texas or out of state are rude. They are all stuck up.
