Riverwalk Apartments

Overall really amazing place. McKenzie, Allianah, Robert and the rest of the staff (wish I had their names) are fantastic, never a bad interaction! The units are really nice and the complex is in a relatively quiet place on the edge of San Marcos. There have only been a few issues over the years (normal apartment things) and they have been able to address them within the same day, sometimes even within hours which is great and hard to come by these days! We have been here a few years and no regrets!

I’ve had a really good experience living here. The property is well-kept, the grounds are clean, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The apartments themselves are spacious with a nice layout, and it truly feels like home. Management has been friendly and professional, and they’re always respectful when communicating with residents. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, which I really appreciate.

I moved into this apartment complex on December 1st, and I can honestly say it has been such a great experience so far. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly caring, supportive, and helpful. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with genuine kindness. The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout as well. They are very outreaching, professional, and kind. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they’ve responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. It really shows that they care about the residents and take pride in their work. Overall, this is truly an amazing place to live. The environment feels welcoming and well-managed, and I’m so happy I chose to move here. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a supportive and well-maintained community.

I lived at Hawthorne at Blanco Riverwalk for 2 years, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The office staff, especially McKenzie, were always professional, kind, and attentive. The maintenance crew was responsive and quick to take care of any issues, and the entire community was well maintained, safe, and enjoyable to live in. The amenities are fantastic. With a clean and refreshing pool for adults and another one for children, a pool table for relaxing with friends, a comfortable common lobby that was perfect for me since I work from home, and free Starbucks coffee in the lobby that became part of my daily routine. The modern, fully equipped gym made it easy to stay on top of workouts, and the community also features four outdoor grills and a marshmallow firepit that were great for evenings with neighbors and friends. The two dog parks (one for small dogs and one for large dogs) are perfect for pet owners, and there’s even a children’s park that families will appreciate. The location is very convenient, close to I-35 and near the Kyle city limit, which made it super easy for me to get to both Austin and San Antonio. H-E-B and Walmart located in Kyle are just 10 minutes away, and the San Marcos River is only 5 minutes away, which made weekends extra enjoyable. From move-in to move-out, the team made everything smooth and straightforward. I always felt well taken care of, and it truly felt like home. I would happily recommend Hawthorne at Blanco Riverwalk to anyone looking for a great place to live in San Marcos.
