Rivertree Apartments

I have been living at Riverstone since the end of March, and from the moment I toured the community, I had a positive experience and found the environment to be very welcoming. The office team has been consistently kind and accommodating. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge a few individuals who have particularly stood out to me: our maintenance crew—Steven, John, and David—and our office staff—Gabby and Grisel. Regardless of the time of day, they consistently make time to assist myself and other residents, and I truly appreciate their dedication and support. There has been many changes recently but one thing that has remained the same is Rob. He left for a little bit and came back and he does a phenomenal job keeping the community involved. He always plans great events for the kiddos and goes above and beyond to make sure we have things for adults as well. Thanksgiving dinner was great and so was one of the recent events “cookies with Santa.”

DO NOT TRUST THE 5-STAR REVIEWS. This complex wants to meet quotas and lease as many units as possible without any consideration for the current residents. It has reached the point where people are just parking in the middle of the lanes in the complex. Good luck if you ever have family visiting they will either tow you or ticket you. They ticket residents every morning because there is literally no space for all the residents to park inside. This is our second year here and things have just gone more and more downhill. From the beginning I should’ve seen the read flags. While there are a few standout employees most haven’t lasted longer than a year. The communication is terrible and the parking situation is just straight up ridiculous. Many of these good reviews were incentivized by staff so don’t trust them. Trust me we have already reached out the complex about this and of course have never gotten a response same with trying to call. It’s honestly just defeating and frustrating. I don’t foresee them solving these issues anytime within this year or next. The problem just keeps getting worse because they keep filling these units no matter how many people have concerns.

WARNING- DO NOT MOVE HERE Apartments are nice yes, and the price is nice as well, HOWEVER THERE IS NO PARKING. They are taking more spaces away as I type. You will search for hours for parking everyday after 8pm. If you work second or third shift I wouldn’t even bother. I’m pretty sure they’re actually in business with the tow company as they stay around all day and all night like they live here. If you wanna park down the street at the HOSPITAL and walk half a mile just to get home EVERY-NIGHT then by all means this is the perfect place for you to get your steps in. They know this is an issue yet continue to approve people to live here without fixing any issues, honestly making it worse. Recently they blocked off an entire road of parking that is across from a cow field for no reason at all. It is WW3 for parking and the Staff can throw all the “teen days” they want it’s not going to distract from the increasingly insane situation they have created. Shame on all of you.

Karla and Gabby were super sweet,kind, and super helpful, they stayed after hour just to show me the property and it was beautiful and really clean! The apartments are really big and spacious! I really enjoyed everything about it can’t wait to move in! My Boyfriend was super excited and loved the girls energy and enjoyed the walk and seen everything in the community! RECOMMEND 100%! Thank you guys 💖

We had the Power go out in building 3 and JP came out at 11 pm and restored our power. He checked in and made sure all was ok. This is the type of service that’s appreciated. He is Kind, Friendly and thorough at getting his job done.
