This apartment will charge you a bunch of bs move-out charges($200~) and when you ask for an itemized receipt or proof of damage(pictures) they will just ignore you and send you straight to collections

We had a great experience with Kristina at River Oaks Villas. She was professional, personable, and made the entire process easy from the start. She got us in quickly and was very responsive throughout. We really appreciated her helpful attitude and excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!

Alyssa and the other office staff (i'm so sorry i can't remember y'alls names off the top of my head) have been nothing but incredibly helpful and have made dealing with any issues a breeze. Would recommend to folks just for how helpful the staff here are.

I’ve had a great experience at River Oak Villas Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever needed, which makes a big difference. The location is also super convenient, close to everything while still feeling peaceful. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live—I’d definitely recommend it.
