The only redeeming factor of this complex is its price on rent. However, the system they have in place is frustrating. You can’t speak to anyone in the front office, you have to show up in person. Also, damages to the flooring and cabinets, window blinds, and doors from previous tenants aren’t fixed because there’s no deposit from previous tenants to actually fix them. As a result, you’re stuck with a hand me down units that’s been run down for years. The washers, dryers, and dishwashers are unbelievably outdated. If you can, spend an extra $200 to live somewhere else nicer.

Stay away from a fraudulent, and lazy management company. After signing a lease and paying the first month for our daughter, they proceeded to say the apartment was not ready for another week, then added excuse after excuse. (notice every response to a negative review is an excuse) This was only when she showed up at the office, because the refused to answer any calls, emails or chat requests. They now claim we requested a cancellation of the lease (never happened) and want to charge US. Legal action has begun. Avoid and go elsewhere

Very bad place to live don’t recommend. They offer a shuttle but apparently it isn’t “included” so don’t expect it to run all the time. They have a pretty big pool but I wouldn’t know much how it feels because it was out of order until October. The places are not very clean, the gym and amenities honestly are not great and for the price you pay everything needs to be replaced and clean properly. A lot of bugs in the apartments on the first floors and I also have had to submit about 50 maintenance requests because of all the issues.

In 2024 during our renewal period for 2025 I was called by the redpoint team to inquire about my renewal for which I thought I had signed. A team member supposedly reviewed my documents and said all was in order until December when I was asked if I would like to renew. I explained a prior team member had told me all was in order a few months back. I was told since I hadn't signed a document back then that my rent would increase due to the time that had gone by without signing the document .Additionally I sent a notice out 10.17.25 to the redpoint team letting them know that unfortunately I have to vacate due to familial and financial issues. I explained that I had come to Mexico (since 10.08.25) and that my stay is indefinite so that I have to vacate and inquiring about any arrangements i can make. At this time of 10.22.25 all I have gotten in response from redpoint is a $127 conservice bill for the month of October.

I just got moved in and I’ve had a great experience with maintenance. We’ve had quite a few random issues come up around our apartment and they have been very quick to respond even after hours and have been very helpful. Michael spent hours at our apartment making sure that the problem was actually solved. He has been out to our apartment many times now and has been very kind and explains what’s going on and doesn’t leave the job unfinished! Despite having issues with the apartment, I have had an incredible experience with maintenance!
