I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! Melissa, the manager, is always so understanding and easy to talk to. The staff is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance is also very attentive and quick to handle any request. Because of the amazing service and how well the community is managed, I’ll definitely be renewing my lease. Highly recommend living here! GOOD JOB GUYS WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is clean, safe, and well-kept, and any issues I’ve had were handled quickly. Melissa and Vanessa deserve a special shout-out — they are always so helpful, kind, and on top of everything. Their professionalism and positive attitudes make living here even better. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

I have to say every time I am in the office, I am treated with the utmost welcome greeting, respect, clear communication, professional feedback by the staff and Kimberly has made my visits enjoyable and always looking forward to dealing with Kimberly and her stellar customer service skills. Everytime I have a question it's addressed promptly and professionally. Way to go Kimberly and keep leading by example and setting the tone on how customer service needs to be! Kudos! I feel extremely happy to have the new manager Kimberly, she’s always smiling and full of laughter since coming on board here at the 1856 apartments complex. She sat with me and fully explained my rent account with me when I was told by the other manager before her Kasey that some charges were being taken off. She made me feel comfortable about asking any questions about my apartment that I was lied to about before. From Keith to Kimberly was a great sense of management to honor and feel confident with. She’s such a gem, I pray she stays in Texas!
