Post Oak Apartments

I’ve had the privilege of living here for the past six months, and since I’m graduating soon, I’ll be moving out. I wanted to leave a review because my experience has truly been great. I haven’t had any issues in my unit, and when I first moved in, they let me list anything that was broken or missing and quickly fixed everything. Since then, no problems at all. As a college student, this place is very affordable, and I’d recommend it to anyone. Utilities are reasonable, and the owners are the sweetest—flexible, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. They also offer both short- and long-term lease options, which was incredibly helpful as I approach graduation. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live this past semester. If I were staying in the area, I’d sign here again in a heartbeat. Pictures included!

I've lived here a year, and it's been great. These are the most affordable apartments in a 100-mile radius. The office staff made moving in simple and always respond to concerns very quickly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for budget friendly accommodations.

I have been here since April. I had a hard time finding a non student housing complex, I moved 3 hrs away from home to be on my own here and for my job, and I absolutely love this place, it’s very quiet, very safe, and friendly community. Maintenance is always on top, and management is the best. Ms. Kim and Ms. Jennifer are sweet ladies and really make you feel at home here. If you’re looking for an efficiency apartment, or a townhome, for good rent, this is the place to live! Can’t wait to see what the the years ahead have for me!

Post Oak Villas has been a dream come true. This is the first place I moved to when I got out on my own back in 2014, and I've lived here 7 years. This is a quiet community a few blocks away from the beautiful Aquerena Springs, Bobcat Stadium and HEB. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and Ms. Kim and Ms. Jennifer are the sweetest and most caring people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing and doing business with, and they always go the extra mile for their tenants. This complex is perfect for someone looking to get away from the prevalent college crowd that overruns the rest of San Marcos. This is a place to call home for those looking for peace and calm after a long day of work.

Have lived here in Post Oaks in San Marcos TX, for 2 years now. Really enjoy the community of people as well as the easy access to the campus shuttles for Texas State University, and the close proximity of down town San Marcos. The loud train of course is a factor to take into consideration, as well as the age of the complex itself. But it’s got a very small town feel, and you get used to it. It’s a comfortable place to live. And the response for maintenance because of the small size is good as well.
