My sister moved out the sign said be back at 1pm. It's 1:13pm and Maria isnt back. What kind of crap shoot apt is this.. sucks as she is moved to Round Rock and we don't have time to be waiting around for this Maria person who I've been told is probably in her apt on site. This place needs staff who are prompt not lazy. I would not move here.

Lyssa helped me so much during the process of my move and really made things so much easier and never made me feel judged due to the situation I was in. Maria was the sweetest person I have met and really made my daughter and I so excited to move in! So far our experience has been great! I definitely recommend!

we put down $350 for security deposit and cleaned the apartment spotless and left in almost perfect condition. we didnt get any of our deposit back and ended up owing them money with water fee and “sewer and storm drainage” literally random fees just to take our money. so money hungry literally charge you for fees that don’t make sense. i called and they said “ because utilities weren’t set up the first 2 months of move in” so we’re paying it now? and it’s somehow $377 which is NOT our fault at all. also lived there for 4 days in august and we had to pay $600 for what??? “water”. also had bugs and water leaking from our windows. only good thing was the maintenance men were always so nice and did the job but other than that don’t live here!!!!! only word to describe is money hungry and scammers

Been living here since November and it’s been a very amazing experience living here! Lyssa and Maria are very very helpful and made out application process easy and smooth. Maintenance is very very awesome, those men stay busy and do such good work on all work order and they are fast as well. Never had a good experience anywhere else until moving here. Also big plus is when they try to bring all the residents and make food or celebrate days at the office every month. Free food is such a big plus for us ❤️

Very nice apartments that give back to residents. Great move in specials! Give a call to the office where needs do get met. Caring staff, maintenance responds in a timely manner.
