Millennium Apartments

Super quiet property. There isn’t a million extra fees, either. You just pay for water, electricity, sewer, and the same utilities you’d pay elsewhere. Comes unfurnished, but if you can find good stuff you save in the long run, and there’s a lot of space too

I’ve been renewing at this complex for a while and it’s only been a great experience! It’s a spacious apartment for a good price in a nice area of town that’s pretty quiet, but still close to the university and the river. During my time here, I’ve honestly hardly had any maintenance issues come up and if anything does happen, management is responsive and very quick to get it taken care of. The staff is very friendly and communicative, and always happy to help with any and all questions/requests. Compared to other apartments in town, the Millennium on Post is definitely a highlight and an underrated gem.

I lived at 3 other apartments in town, and none had the same level of quality management. Maintenance was insanely quick and kind. The office was always helpful and nice. The apartments themselves were reasonably priced and spacious. Appliances were a bit outdated and would break relatively often but that's probably the worst of it. Maintenance would have them up and running within a day or two tops. Good location, not too far from anything you'd want nearby but also secluded enough to feel comfy. Insulation was great. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons by quite a bit. It's the only apartment I resigned with in my 6 years in San Marcos.
