This is only an okay place to live if you have no maintenance issues with your unit, and like paying exorbitant fees every month and not being able to understand any of your untility bills or charges through ConService. Also, be prepared for rapid turnover of office staff and having to repeat all communications with the previous staff. There have been three office managers in a year. You really don't want to live here.
