I absolutely love living at Millbrook Commons! Since the property management changed earlier this year, my living experience has improved tremendously. The difference has truly been night and day. Jennifer, the Leasing Manager, is AMAZING — she is kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally. That said, these homes are so new and well-built that I’ve only needed one maintenance request since moving in at the end of 2023. The neighborhood itself is quiet, friendly, and peaceful, and I genuinely feel very safe living here. One of the biggest improvements with the new management is utilities. Previously, utilities were billed through a third-party company with added fees. Now, we’re able to set everything up in our own name, which provides transparency and peace of mind — no questionable charges. If you’re looking for a beautiful, modern home in a safe and welcoming neighborhood with supportive and responsive property management, Millbrook Commons is the place to live. You truly won’t be disappointed!

I love living here. I’ve experienced 3 different leasing managers since we moved in and they’ve all been great to work with. Jennifer, the current one has really gone above and beyond to be accommodating and super helpful! Very thankful for all the support. Maintenance gets things done quickly. It’s also a peaceful neighborhood which is perfect for my little family.

Just moved in a almost a week ago and all I have to say is this place is amazing Jennifer Franco definitely helped us with the moving in process and she didn't skip any details. If you had any questions she will definitely answer them and on top of that she helped us in our old apartment complex into our new home. I'm very grateful that she here because she makes the biggest difference no matter where we lived Jennifer has definitely helped 10/10 trust her with everything.

Jennifer has been amazing from the start. When we first meet her to ask general questions to applying, signing the lease and moving in. She listens to your concerns and explains everything for a smooth process. I love how she is making this community an amazing environment for all tenants to feel safe and enjoy their experience at Millbrook Commons. I can't forget about Jimmy the maintenance guy. He is awesome and works fast to get to your concerns or answers any maintenance questions. I will be recommending family and friends to this community. Thank you Jennifer and Jimmy.

We recently had the opportunity to tour Millbrook Commons, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, property manager is Jennifer and she was welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable right from the start. The community itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained, clean, and inviting. We truly appreciated the thoughtful landscaping and the overall atmosphere of the neighborhood. During our visit, it was clear that residents are happy and that the management team genuinely cares about creating a great living environment. Based on our experience, we are seriously considering applying soon and are excited about the possibility of making Millbrook Commons our new home. Overall, we had a very positive impression and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly place to live.
