THE WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED. THE ROACH AND CRICKETS SITUATION IS SOOO BAD. THE WHOLE APARTMENT HAS A ROTTEN SMELL. FOR THE MONWY YOU ARE PAYING YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.

My move-in experience was smooth and stress-free. Having lived here before, I knew I’d be in good hands—and I’m so glad I decided to come back. It feels like home!

Living at Autumn Chase has been a great experience. I've lived here on and off for five years, and overall, it has been a positive place to call home. The maintenance team is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. While some repairs may take a few days, they handle them as quickly as possible. I don’t interact much with the office staff, but that’s fine with me. However, they do a great job of keeping residents informed about updates and ensuring the community stays well-maintained. They conduct regular inspections, prioritize pest control, and work hard to keep the amenities in good shape. They’ve also gone paperless, making it easy to access important information through the resident portal. The community is peaceful and welcoming, with friendly neighbors and a strong sense of belonging. I appreciate the little details, like resident events such as patio decorating contests. The townhome-style layouts are a huge plus—no noisy neighbors above or below—which makes for a quieter and more comfortable living environment. Parking is plentiful, and the pools are well-maintained for summer. It’s also nice to see the complex making improvements over time. Recent updates include fresh landscaping with new flowers and trees, parking lot upgrades, and regular pool drainings to keep everything clean and enjoyable. They stay on top of inspections and necessary maintenance, ensuring the property continues to look nice and function well. One downside is the dog park. While it’s a great feature, some pet owners don’t pick up after their dogs, leaving waste in the grass and park area. This isn’t the complex’s fault, as they provide waste bags and try their best to keep them stocked. However, even when supplies run low, responsible pet owners should bring their own bags and do their part to keep the space clean. Overall, I’d rate Autumn Chase a solid 5 out of 5. I will say No place is perfect, but they make a real effort to maintain a great living environment. I feel at home here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

My next-door neighbors are smokers, I am not a smoker! The disgusting, abhorrant odor frequently enters my apartment, through the kitchen pipes/under the sink. It has been both pot and cigarette smoke. At times, it is so heavy, I am not able to stay in my own kitchen, living area. I have contacted the office numerous times for assistance with this problem. I was finally told that they are allowed to smoke in their unit. The issue still needs to be addressed as I am paying for a safe environment, it is not environmentally and physically health wise. Overall, it is a good place to live, except they raise the rent every year.

Should be 0/5 stars. The laziest maintenance I've ever dealt with that will half-a$$ everything. I asked them to fix a dusk-to-dawn sensor on the patio light, and they just changed the lightbulb and called it fixed. Additionally, they have too many security lights everywhere that shine right into bedrooms. Lastly, the management is as inept as they come given they hire the maintenance staff and never fix the 'gym' equipment which is paid for in your rent. I could go on with more, but just do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.
