Drove 4 hours and got her at 4:30 my check in time was 3:00. We were waiting a long time and I said we had drove 4 hours and I shouldn’t have to wait for a room I paid for. Whoever was working at the front said “do you expect us to have 90 rooms ready in 8 hours”. I actually do expect this for paying as much I as did to wait in the lobby upon arrival.

Located on the southbound access road just south of Wonderworld Dr. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The remote check-in and usage of their app to unlock the room door was a plus. We were able to proceed directly to our room and completely bypass the front desk. My only concern was the food temperature on the breakfast buffet. It was warm but not nearly hot enough to meet commercial food service standards.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, with a direct line of sight to 35. During my 19 days here, I only heard emergency vehicles 2 times. No traffic noise otherwise. Was pleasantly surprised by how little outside noise I could hear. The room was spacious. Heat and a/c worked flawless. Even has a constant fan setting. Had enough space to prepare my meals. Everything I needed to was dishes was in my room. Housekeeping did a fine job. Breakfast (when I got to eat it), was plentiful. The breakfast staff were very pleasant. The food selection varied each day. Overall, the food was good and I enjoyed the breakfast I did eat. Front desk staff greeted me each night and were quick to accommodate when I needed something. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is close to food, shopping, and has easy access to 35. Very happy with my stay and will stay there again when needed.

Nov-29-2025 Confirmation #92047849 We normally love Homewood suites. The people always very friendly and the rooms are generally nice. This time however things were a little different. We arrived in the room is nice. We noticed a few cobwebs on the ceiling, but we can all have those lol. It was a late night arrival so we retired. We realize the next morning that the toilet did not work. It would not flush right, the shower door was broken and the water pressure was minimal. However, we slept OK. Just very disappointed in that quality of the rooms now..

Oh my goodness! The staff at this hotel was very helpful and accommodating. The lobby area and breakfast areas were great. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Once we got on the elevator I noticed that the floor have many dark stains and looked as if it had not been mopped in a week or more. Then when exiting the elevator and starting down the hall the carpets were worse than the elevator floor. There were horrible dark stains the whole length of the hall. The room was relatively clean with the exception of the stains on the sofa. Additionally, our coffee pot did not work. Do hotels not have carpet cleaners? The stains were atrocious!
