This apartment complex and the leasing office has been one of the smoothest and most flexible places I’ve lived at. They were able to hold an apartment for me for about 3 months before move-in, and after living in the apartment for a few weeks, noticed that our breakers were very sensitive. They were able to get someone out to our apartment in less than 24 hours and they had it fixed in about 5 minutes! Lovely people! They make this place very pleasant and worth every penny!

I used to genuinely love living at this apartment community, and one thing I will say is that the amenities are very nice. However, over time I experienced ongoing moisture-related issues throughout the apartment, along with windows that do not seal properly, which affected overall comfort in the unit. I reported these concerns and would have appreciated more thorough follow-up and communication regarding possible long-term solutions other than just having a dehumidifier placed. The AC unit has also consistently made loud gurgling noises during the night, sometimes lasting up to two hours at a time, which has impacted sleep and day-to-day comfort. When I reported the issue, I was told that the noise was considered normal. Another issue is the internet setup in the apartment. Residents are required to use Wirestar, and the Wi-Fi equipment is mounted on the wall, limiting flexibility for anyone who games or needs more control over their internet setup and connection quality. While the staff was polite, I was disappointed with the overall handling and resolution of these concerns. I would encourage residents to thoroughly inspect units and keep detailed records of any maintenance requests.

Imagine being woken up constantly throughout the night of your AC mini split system making a loud beep and you having to perform your own maintenance that the staff taught you so you can clean the AC drain line and get the system to run again. Now do that for the 3 mini splits in my home and you ask me if this apartment is worth even a dime. My windows leak water every single time it rains. This modular build they try selling you is the new and next thing. Please do your self a favor and LEASE ANYWHERE ELSE. The new manager Denae is a condescending employee that doesn’t care for her resident much less her teams. I overheard her speaking to her team and she is just nasty and rude.

Maybe it’s just my unit, but my AC hasn’t worked properly since the day I moved in, July 2025. The maintenance team has been in and out of my apartment to “fix it” a plethora of times, sometimes spending multiple days in a row coming in and out. I sweat when I wake up, I sweat when I sleep, I sweat when I am getting ready. I originally came on a tour here, and they boasted about how well they are built. However, after moving in and having trouble with a number of things, a leasing agent admitted to me: “Yeah, this place is built bad.” His direct words. The new property manager Denae heard about this issue and was very quick to address it, rewarding me a $100 gift card for my struggles and making sure I didn’t leave the office without asking me to leave a review. I should have at LEAST a month of my rent covered for this, as my AC has not been working for 7 months, and when you sign a lease you expect to have AC at the bare minimum. During the winter this was manageable. However, here I sit once again in my 82° apartment, sweating, making plans to go stay at a friend’s house tonight just so that I can sleep comfortably. *Not to mention, the maintenance team has been less than kind in dealing with all of this, despite my 7 months of patience. They also have an issue with marking maintenance requests as “work completed” when no work has been done.
