Just moved into my new apartment a few days ago and had a really good experience with the leasing team. Senayda and Koby were both super helpful during the whole process!! And made it 100 times more easier for me. They answered my questions and were super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated their help!

I went to tour this community because I love how large the property is with all the grass areas for my fur babies. You can not find too many places these days that don’t feel squished together. I would live here if I didn’t have more than two dogs. Danae was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with during my visit. Highly recommend everyone to stop by and visit this place yourselves.

I will be attending TXST come fall semester and relocating to San Marcos so not too sure where is the best area to live. I toured this place and the manager was who showed me around and made it an easy choice on why I should choose to live here. The location is the perfect distance from campus but still not being student house. The 1 bedroom is the perfect space for me.

I have lived at Flatz512 for over a year and have really enjoyed my time here. The property is beautiful and consistently well kept, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They’ve made the experience smooth and have ensured I feel well taken care of as a resident. I’m happy to call this place home and would recommend it to others looking for a great apartment community.

Enjoyed my time in Flatz 512 . Apartment was modern,clean, and quiet. My favorite part is the layout of the complex. Doesn't feel cramped like many others and walking outside feels like I'm in a park. The staff are friendly and offers great amenities. Recommend leasing here.
