I visited this community during my hunt for new build homes in San Marcos area. I met Diane Morse at the sales office who is very knowledgeable, attentive on customer needs and very prompt on answering any questions that you might have . Home Construction quality was very good, equipped with energy efficiency appliances and windows. Homes are pre-wired with technology (security and HVAC monitoring etc) . They were running ready to move specials at the time! Great value for your hard earned dollars and I recommend this community to everyone!

Blake was amazing to work with! He made the home buying process a breeze. Every step of the way Blake was there to ensure me he had my best interest in mind. Communication was excellent. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and answered in a way that I could fully understand. I was never left with wondering what was happening next because Blake was always providing me with constant updates.
