Cottages at San Marcos

I've lived here for almost 2 years now and The Cottages has done a ton of improvements with their clubhouse and added an awesome upstairs study area! Rachel who works in the front office is so kind and is always putting in the extra work to help out her residents! One time she helped me load my new outdoor patio set into my car because it was too heavy, she is just simply the best:) Although I'm leaving soon due to graduating from TXST, I've enjoyed my time here at the cottages.

I’ve had a really great experience with the staff at The Cottages in San Marcos!! Everyone is always friendly and helpful, but Phoebe especially stands out! She’s super kind, welcoming, and always willing to help if anyone has questions or needs something! You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and making the community a great place to live. It’s always nice interacting with staff who actually take the time to help and make people feel comfortable!

I went and toured the cottages trying to find a place to live next year and Phoebe was super helpful. She was so bright and seemed to really love her job. She gave me and my friends great service with the tour. She was sure to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. She was the best tour guide.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Phoebe! She is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. From the very beginning, she made everything feel easy and stress-free. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you feel supported and confident in every decision.

I love the cottages. The community is amazing, there are not much maintenance problems. The amenities like the gym and pool are so incredibly nice. There are also fun events that the office staff hosts. Joaquin at the office was very helpful and very nice. He helped us with any questions, and made sure our experience was very nice.
