closes early without letting residents know on the last day to resign with the offer. some of the worst attitude and treatment from customer service to their residence that I have experienced in the city, which is saying a lot. lovely place, lackluster staff who enjoy rolling their eyes at people asking reasonable questions during office hours. oasis and the mirage people are super nice!

Biggest rooms in San Marcos lots of space, good place to live, but can be dirty upon move in, I’ve had general maintenance problems which wouldn’t be a problem but the maintenance although each one being very good at their job can be unresponsive. Overall expect to live good with, high utility bill $60-100 (prorated bill), slowish maintenance, lots of grass to walk pets, sufficient parking, amazing location next to i35. Good place to live.👍👍👍👍

Awful. Constantly riddled with trash and animal feces everywhere. I even had animal feces in my room when I first moved in; which I was forced to clean as well as the rest of the filthy, uncleaned complex. I am typically a cordial and easy going person but they generally take months to respond to maintenance requests, and typically don’t even fix the issue if they do acknowledge it. Might be because all of the appliances in each unit are old, breaking or broken. The office almost never answers the phone too. About 5% of the time they do, despite those workers always being in there. You also may become temporarily blocked by the office if you call about an issue. Today I was blocked because I’m trying to get my stove fixed before this storm. Very suspicious. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this place to somebody that I hate. Also, copper likes to reply with affirmations to these honest reviews. I’ll just mention that I still have not seen an honest statement in those messages.

If I could give zero stars I would. Copper Beech does not care about you at all. A fire happened right behind our apartment and yet they don’t care about the ongoing electrical issues happening in our apartment despite telling them for a month now. I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE. Maintenance also sparked our garbage disposal switch and still continued to blame the issues on us.

I would not recommend this community or any of The Scion communities for that matter. We were one of the unfortunate move ins that’s apt got completely missed on move in day. We have been more than patient with the management of this community. Due to the unit not being ready we weren’t able to even stay in the unit. This was the weekend before class was to start. I’m guessing the Manager was let go as she should’ve been however neither she or the Regional Manager got back with us on reimbursement or time line of repairs. I’ve left several emails and phone calls requesting a response from upper management. Only to fall on deaf ears. Do not let your student select this community the management won’t take care of them. We’ve been waiting for a response since move in August 2022 it’s now November. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give.
