I went with a friend who is transferring schools and we had the pleasure of having Ruben tour us around the complex! He was so kind, funny and kept the conversation moving. He was also assertive in being able to help in anyway possible :) If it were me moving, I’d choose this place for sure! The pool and complex were so nice! Hopefully my friend signs to live here that way I can visit

still currently living here, only staying bc i dont wanna mess up my credit from breaking my lease. this was my first time living away from family and it was honestly the worst apartment ever. the ppl at the front office were mostly nice but maintenance was the worst. if I put in an order they would almost always mark it as complete but never actually show up, when they did they would always break the thing more instead of fixing it. ex: my refrigerator was leaking for a while and the lead maintenance guy claimed it was bc my roommate and I were "blocking the vent inside the freezer" (we had just moved in and had no food in the freezer so we knew this was a lie) my grandpa who works with freezers took a look at it, figured out what was wrong with it, and said we needed maintenance to order a specific new part for the ice maker bc it was causing the leak. when I explained this to the guy he basically told me I was crazy and stupid and that wasnt the case at all (along with calling me several curse words. in Spanish). after an argument and research showing him the part, he realized I was right. instead of ordering the part he just shut off our ice maker completely, its been like 4 months and still no update. and to this day any order my roommate and I put in gets ignored so maintenance has been refusing to complete our orders for months. this is just one of MANY issues we've had with maintenance. inspections, they give u a SINGLE day notice when inspections start but dont tell u when exactly they'll be at ur apartment and the rule is if ur not present ur animal has to be crated at all times. this is extremely inconvenient to ppl like me who can't afford to call into work and have a cat they can't crate all day. didnt happen to us but a neighbor, inspectors came and left the door wide open when they left and their cat got out. policies, they have quiet time hours and no smoking rules here, the residents guide they give u states if these are broken it's a 500$ fine, its not, if u report something they send out a reminder email to everyone and thats it. ive had upstairs neighbors that like to do it all night very loudly and making a noise complaint doesn't do anything, extremely inconvenient and annoying. finally, the last thing. isn't it illegal for apartments to do renovations INSIDE while ppl are actively living in them? if so they dont care. they decided that for at least a week they will be doing construction inside all residents bathrooms and kitchens from 9am until 6pm, animals have to be crated entire time, must remove personal belongings from these areas and they are not responsible for anything broken or stolen, debree WILL be everywhere the entire process and u are to not mess with any of their renovation tools or items or else u will be fined, and lastly expect to have little to no access to these areas for the week of renovations. I am fortunate enough to have a place to go during this week as I do not feel comfortable leaving my cat crated 24/7 or having no access to half my apartment. I am however packing up most of my stuff bc this is sketchy as hell and I do not trust these ppl to break or steal my stuff while having full access to my apartment for week and literally doing construction on the inside of it. to the ppl who have no where else to go and have to live like this during the next week I am so so sorry. they have an entire month of the complex being emptied so I dont understand why they dont do inside renovations at that time. none of this should be legal and if it's not this place needs to be investigated. im grateful it gave me a roof over my head but this was absolutely the worst first experience to my own apartment ever. I doubt I'll be getting my security deposit back as the unit was already falling apart when we first moved in and has only been getting worse. i refuse to pay any fees they give, credit be dammed, im getting a new bank account soon anyway.

My experience living at Cabana Beach Apartments for a little over two years was mixed. The first few months were great — what I would describe as a “honeymoon phase.” Unfortunately, after that period, several serious concerns arose. On multiple occasions, I returned home from work to find my front door left wide open or unlocked, apparently after visits from maintenance staff or third-party vendors. I had a dog living in the unit, which created a serious safety risk for him as he could have escaped or been harmed. There were also several instances where maintenance entered my unit without proper notification, including one time they attempted to enter while I was home on a lunch break (fortunately, the door was locked). Maintenance response times were often very slow. During a winter freeze, I went several days without heat before being given a small space heater. After a hailstorm shattered my living room window, I reported the damage immediately but was met with a rude response from the front office. It took over a week for the window to be replaced, and even then it was replaced with a single-pane window. There were also structural issues within the unit, including a significant dip in the hallway leading to the second bedroom. This contributed to flooding during rainstorms due to poor front door insulation. Communication with management was extremely difficult. The office manager was never available to meet in person or speak over the phone, and emails often took days or even weeks to receive a response. When I experienced financial difficulties and had to move back home, there was little compassion or guidance. It took over a week after notifying the office for them to explain my options, and someone was moved into my unit with little to no notice. I delayed writing this review while waiting for the return of my security deposit, which also took several months. Hopefully, with this information, management can review this unit and address the issues.

just recently went on a tour and it was thorough, Josie was our guide and she answered all questions that we had well. The thing I did not like about this apartment is that there are so many fees stacked onto the base rent. So yes the price may sound great at first but once those fees stacked up it makes you consider somewhere else. I just want to say thank you Josie for being so helpful!

Living at CB has been the best experience! I absolutely love the amenities (specifically the pickleball courts 🤸♀️) and our apartment is so cute and homey!! My roomate and I had a difficult situation with our third roomate— and the staff was so quick to step in and help us. Kara specifically, was so kind and understanding and quick to cater to our needs!! 10/10 recommend signing at Cabana Beach!!!
