Lots of expensive fees and overpriced rent, but at least they have generic videos of skydiving, skateboarding, coral reefs, and nutria rats (on a program called Chive TV) playing in loops 24/7 on probably dozens of high-end flatscreen TVs that nobody has ever willingly watched. With useful amenities like this, there is truly no better value for your money! They also have pool parties sometimes, so they get an extra star for that. Otherwise, I would aspire to pay less to live somewhere with a few less flatscreens.

So much for high rise luxury student living. Building is completely accessible without being a resident. This is the exact reason why we have had multiple car break ins. Rent is out the roof and we’re stuck with an insecure building, dirty pool, hot tub that doesn’t work, extremely gross stair wells, and oh, let’s not forget that there is a chance your car will get broken into. I know crime can’t be prevent but it could be mitigated by at least having doors that close properly, and properly working garage gates. You’d expect the garage to be secured to the best of their ability since the price is pretty high for parking. This gets 2 stars but I wish I could give 5, especially for the price we all pay to live here. Don’t live here, it’s really not worth the money. There are better places or places that you actually get what you pay for (both good and bad).
