Apartments at San Marcos

Centro35 is hands-down one of the best apartment complexes in San Marcos. Yet management and staff for this apartment complex are super friendly and kind and very respectful. The apartments are also luxurious with many amenities provided such as brand-new name brand washer and dryer within the apartment. And not to mention the apartments includes a microwave and a refrigerator and a dishwasher and a stove. Yet let's not forget about the spacious luxurious pool and the gym for those that love to work out. Oh, and not to mention the walking trail that goes around the apartment complex for those that love to walk or run outdoors. Yet a honest message to any future and current residents of Centro35. If you're going to stay here or choose to live here at least don't bring your drama/problems here or lower class/lowlife ways here. I say this because there are many people like myself that are Goverment attached and or in Law Enforcement, or other professional work fields. That are just wanting a nice and safe place let alone a peaceful place to call home. Thus meaning keep the peace here or move to San Antonio where nothing but crime and illegal activities consume the city. Yet I see it this way its not the area that makes a neighborhood or city bad its the people within the area that make a area bad.

Hi, I’ve been living here for about six months now, I can honestly say this has been the best decision to live here. The staff here are amazing! Not only do they help you when you need it but they are very caring and friendly. The maintenance staff is always there to assist with any issues you may have and it’s done in a timely manner. Jesse one of kindest maintenance guys here, he went out of his way for me when I accidentally threw an important document in the trash and he helped me get it out of the dumpster! He didn’t have to help but I am so grateful for his kindness and his help! They also have the best activities for kiddos and make sure we can have a fun time meeting our neighbors! These people at Centro 35 are so are welcoming and they make you feel like family. Thank you for everything you do!
