We spent the day at the park for a birthday party. The friendliness of the staff was overwhelming! Two girls came over with balloons and for the bear ‘meet and greet.’ Ada and Bri were helpful, kind, friendly to the kids and made the meet and greet feel special! My most favorite part was watching the kids interact with Ranger Dylan at the slides in the splash pad area. This week we’ve been to Schlitterbahn, Aquatica, and here: and the staff here have by far, been our favorite. I’ve never seen a group of kids genuinely be sad for a lifeguards shift to be over before today. Dylan went above and beyond to make the kids’ experience one they won’t forget. And honestly, mine too. Dylan, thank you for your attitude of fun and looking at your job as a privilege to pour back into the community!

My family and I spent the weekend at this facility. The cabin was dirty. There were spider webs in corners of several rooms. The first night we didn't have the use of the living room TV. One day the internet we were told was not working so we were not able to purchase items from the store. The last night the our front door lock got stuck and we couldn't unlock it. FIRE HAZARD!!!! We called the emergency line 3 times over the 3night stay and we never received a response or call back.. SO WHY DO YOU HAVE A NUMBER??? My cousin also had a disappointing time. They have a woman at the from desk who was every RUDE!!!

This place is just ok. It’s a good time but run down and VERY expensive compared to its competing rv resort next door. Service was great at the ranger station.
