YardHomes Juniper Pointe

I’ve really enjoyed my time with this community. It’s a great location, quiet, and open layouts. Would recommend to anyone looking in the Alamo Ranch area, and especially if you have a dog. I’d love to stay but need to move because of my job. Erica and Cristina have been nothing but kind and helpful since I moved in and I’m certain will remain throughout the end of my lease term.

Thank you to Nathan and Esteban, the grounds maintenance gentlemen. They always are so kind, with an amazing attitude and on the job quickly. We are grateful to live here. This place has ALWAYS felt like home since day one meeting Erica the manager and Christina the leasing agent. I’ve had several apartments before, but none have ever had such amazing leasing staff. They have always went above and beyond and will make you feel right at home! We decided to renew our lease again, because we knew we would never be able to find the level of care and compassion everyone has shown us, on a personal basis. We love living at Yardhomes at Juniper Pointe! We could say so many amazing things about the living experience, but what really makes it a wonderful place to live is the staff, Cristina and Erica who are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind! We love talking to them when visiting the office, and they are happy and quick to meet whatever needs you have! We would give them 100 stars if we could!

YardHomes Juniper Pointe has been my home for the last 10 months. From the moment I started checking the place out, Cristina, and Erica have been so amazing. From walk throughs, explaining my bill, to knowing my name, being so friendly and genuinely caring. They brought in Jasmin and she was a perfect fit to match the vibe of not only the office but the community as a whole. These three amazing people make Juniper Pointe a home, not just another place to live. They instantly become your helpful friends who have always been there.

A few weeks ago, I came across Yardhomes and thought, what a cute concept! At the time, I was still searching for apartments, but something about Yardhomes stuck with me. Eventually, I decided to call and get more information—and that’s when I met Cristina. Cristina has been mentioned in so many reviews for her exceptional customer service, and this one is no exception. She is the reason we chose to rent at Yardhomes Juniper Pointe! My spouse and I were stressed about moving cross-country with a toddler-puppy, and Yardhomes just made sense. The homes are spacious, new, affordable, and in a fantastic location. Best of all, they truly feel like homes—not just apartments. We realized that for the same price, we could either deal with stairs and elevators in a traditional apartment or have our own Yardhome with more space and privacy. The choice was easy. Yesterday, we arrived and had the pleasure of meeting both Cristina and Abbey. They are absolutely wonderful! Our puppy especially adores Abbey. The community is still growing, so there is some construction, but it’s quiet, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere. If you’re considering moving here, give them a call! Cristina and Abbey will take great care of you. We are so happy we chose Yardhomes Juniper Pointe, and I’m confident you will be too!
