Sandra is truly a gem, she helped my mother with the entire application process! She is proffesional and courteous everytime. She left no details out and showed us around the property. She even took the time to help my mother get setup on the mobile app for payments and work orders! The maintenance staff is reliable and prompt as well. This is a quiet and clean community. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the property. Very well pleased and definately recommend!

Sandra and all the employees of this complex are very quick and friendly in the service they provide. I was able to schedule an appointment, get some general information, a tour, and set up my process right then. They had a special that was about a third of our rent so that was very helpful. All utilities and even the google fiber internet is included in the monthly bill. A week or so later we are situated in our apartment. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but calling for a maintenance report is very easy and they come the same day. The apartment itself was renovated pretty nicely and the area outside is clean. We have also been around for a long time visiting our family that has been living here and I can definitely say that things improved once this new management came in.

We moved in about 3 months ago and we haven't had any issues Sandra was VERY patient with me with the moving process. She was very understanding of my time frame for moving in and I really appreciated that.

Moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been good so far. Sandra was very helpful and explained everything in detail from the application to giving me the key when everything was ready and I really appreciate her and her staff. It’s in a nice area and very convenient.

My family and i have been here almost a month and we have had an amazing experience so far. The community is nice and quiet. Throughout the whole process we were helped by sandra and she was amazing. We toured and were moved in within a couple of days, It was truly easy, fast and overall a great experience. We are new to San Antonio so it is such a warm welcome!
