For reference, I've lived here for going on 3 years, and I've felt like it was pretty phenomenal for the most part. From the privacy, to the amenities available, the responsiveness of the staff etc. have all been superb, leaving nothing to be desired. That being said I do not care for being forced to use an internet provider, and I have only had negative experiences with Spectrum in the past, so just be aware you'll be charged for their internet whether you opt to use them or not. I did have a bit of a situation trying to get my A/C repaired, however they did make it right for me. After a few attempts to fix it, and it’s worth noting it was during colder weather, they kept saying it was fixed but my apartment was an oven. I went into the office and explained the situation, and the manager let me know he’d head there with the maintenance guy this time and take a closer look, and whatever they did that time fixed the problem. All in all, I’d say this place is awesome, I’ve genuinely loved living here :)

When I first moved in here a few years ago I loved it. After they made some staff changes, I could no longer recommend it. The gates are always broken, there are wasp nests everywhere, my car was broken into, my dog was attacked by a breed that wasn't even supposed to be in the community, the dog waste trash cans were always full and smelt awful in the summer, the gym equipment has been broken since I moved in, the dog park water used to be so clean I don't know what happened over the years, and don't even get me started on needing assistance from the office smh. I moved out and never received the move-out email then my move out fees got sent to a debt collection agency (It hasn't even been a month since I moved out). My neighbors were great though, I really can't complain about that. The apartment itself wasn't bad I actually really liked it but the dog attack (not at the dog park by the way) and how they handled it was my final straw.

Been a resident for many years and have to say I have enjoyed my entire time. Maintenance is fast to fix issues, Kaleb and the rest of the management team are kind and flexible. I think there isn’t a better apartment near UTSA.

The office staff is great, they handle what’s under their control, as much as they can and they do a great job, all gates are working but who can stop people from comming in if they can walk in with any car driving in. This has been a great place to call home and will renew again as I feel safe. Sorry to those that say otherwise I have really enjoyed the staff .

I can't wait to move out of here. Office staff is incompetent. I had one tell me that maintenance was *unable to close my apartment door* during or after maintenance, that it was "against policy". Obviously that's not correct. HOW did those words come out of her mouth and she thought they made sense??? It's fine tho, because lol there IS no maintenance! I now have TWO appliances in my apartment that don't work. Nobody seems to care. It's been weeks. I also had a drip in my tub faucet that was never attended to - maintenance came in, didn't fix it, and closed the work order. Then come to find out they thought I meant the sink. Sure. That's why I put BATHTUB. I stg these guys can't read. But now all maintenance has stopped so that's of no consequence. I have also now developed a roach problem. You can't live in TX and never see a roach, but there's no help for THAT either. The gym hasn't been functioning since I moved in and nobody takes care of the dog park. I made the mistake of thinking they did and let my dogs in the doggie pool. The both developed pancreatitis. Neither had been sick a day in their lives before that. They didn't eat any different food. The only thing that changed was letting them in that apparent bacterial soup. Thankfully both recovered, but not without me dropping almost $3k on them. Now I've noticed that there's tennis balls in that pool that have never been removed. Which means it's not being cleaned. Ownership changed recently and I was hoping things would get better, but they still have the same do nothing management. Gus is at least friendly but nothing he says ever happens, and Caleb is just rude and confrontational. It's to where if I walk in the office and see him I'll walk straight back out.
