Walnut Hill Apartments

This has been the best apartment I have lived. My family and I originally were going to move into Walnut Hill at the end of June. However, do to unsafe living conditions from our previous home. I asked Annabelle if there were a possibility we could move in sooner. She went to extensive lengths to ensure she could find us a unit of the same floor plan on an earlier date. Walnut Hill is beautiful and has always been friendly. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. It is a breath of fresh air.

Great and amazing property to live

My wife and I have lived here at, Walnut Hill, for just around 2 years. Our experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! Grounds are very well maintained, and if there's an issue maintenance always seems to handle the problem as quick a can be. To top off all that, the folks in the office are top notch! Always ready, and willing to lend a hand. Thank y'all, and please continue the excellent work!

I lived here for 1 1/2 years and had the best experience. I loved my apartment (the loft).The property is well kept and clean, the maintenance team was awesome and took care of all my service requests within 1 day, the front office was very welcoming and always answered the phone or retuned my calls. The pool is amazing and has plenty of lounge chairs. When I moved out, I received almost all of my security deposit back (fairly quickly) and what they kept was less than I feel like I owed them (as I had damaged the carpet a bit). I left off 1 star because my car was broken into twice, but this happens at my new apartment as well and there are coded gates.
