I have visited dozens of apartment communities over the past few years, and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I've had with a leasing office. I visited on three separate occasions to try to tour the property, and each time Destiny provided a different reason why a tour could not be accommodated. On one visit, she stated that she had "just gotten back from one and didn't want to do another." Came back another 2 times after this experience and felt like I was begging just to see a unit, to still have no luck and complete unprofessionalism. A leasing agent's primary responsibility is to assist prospective residents and provide tours. If you don't want to do the basic responsibilities of the job, you shouldn't be working as a leasing agent. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community.

I’ve come here 3 separate times to tour, and Destiny never helps. She always has an excuse not to tour. The first time, her excuse was she just got back from another tour and didn’t want to tour me. So I waited and watched her talk to her coworkers and then I got up and left. Second time, she didn’t want to tour because it was an hour from closing and she didn’t have time. Third time, she said there weren’t any units to tour. Don’t live here and don’t work with Destiny.

I will give you my detailed experience having lived here for about 2 years. Pros: - the apartment has gone under a new company recently and the manager and the employees are very nice and will help you always. - view is absolutely amazing and I stand by that the amenities are also pretty solid - it’s quiet in the area and you should usually be safe at night but id still recommend you carry pepper spray cons: - there’s always dog poop everywhere and most of the time they don’t clean up after their dogs which is quite annoying. - walls are thin and you can hear people talking most of the time which bothers me but I just blast my own music to cover it - security here for your car is actually crazy there’s nobody to watch over your cars and it’s just bad, witnessed a car get broken into and their engine being taken and ripped apart, called police on them. the fact that there’s no gates or at least patrol officer increases breakage so NEVER leave valuables in your car. - sometimes your packages get stolen so make sure it’s sent to mailing room - the elevator used to be cleanly regularly but now it’s dirty most of the time, completely insanitary and must be worked on. overall, it’s been pretty smooth living here but still a lot of things to watch out for. have a friend living at overlook at the rim and it’s super nice and quiet and clean there, recommend that way more!

It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. This is a nice complex with very nice staff. However, the safety of this complex is terrible. My guests vehicle had been broken into twice, there have been dozens of vehicle break ins and a vehicle was stolen. I voiced my concerns to one of the leasing managers and she said that having external cameras is too much of a liability because it means the complex is responsible for peoples security. I suggested a police camera and she said it required a permit, which sounds like they are very hesitant to get. As a woman that works very early in the morning, I fear that I would be hurt if I was leaving to go to work and witnessed one of these events taking place. If you value your safety, property, and peace of mind then reconsider living here.

Destiny at the Vue at Sonoma office has been outstanding throughout my time living here. She is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had. What stands out most is how efficiently she handles situations…nothing ever feels ignored or delayed, and she always communicates clearly so you know what’s going on. She makes the leasing office experience feel organized and stress-free, which really matters when you’re a resident. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about the people living here. Overall, she’s been one of the best parts of my experience at this community.
