Jovie was awesome to work with. The whole reason we leased here. We will miss her. Patty was nice at move in. Great experience so far. Love this place.

I love this place drove by everyday while living with my parents. Now I’m excited that I will be living here my 1st apartment ever. I love it it’s beautiful. My agent Jovie helped me with everything. I met the manager Paty very nice to. Jovie is very nice and very helpful. I’m glad she helped me. I will refer my co-workers to come live here. Thank you Vivid.

Staff was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Patty and Jovi were amazing thank you... And shout out to maintenance and make ready as well making the entire process better than expected!

Big shout out to the lead maintenance man Jesus! I literally put in my work order today and he got it done so fast and efficiently. Plus he was a super nice guy! Really enjoying my experience living here! Also shout out to Patty, shes always prompt when it comes to any issues or any questions I may have. Best property manager

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The staff is always friendly and quick to help with any maintenance requests — everything I’ve needed has been handled within a day or two. The property is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. I love how well-kept the grounds are, and the amenities are a huge plus. Overall, it really feels like home, and I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.
