WORST apartments I’ve ever lived in. These people are liars, they were supposedly suppose to request my “non refundable “ fee of 600 n never did. Things shouldn’t have been said if they knew they weren’t going to…. Long story short,On the third day of living there ,the ceiling was a big bubble filled with water over my head. They claim to have “fixed” it . & the same thing happened again ….I can not make this up…..😆. Horrible condition to be living especially if you have kids like I do . & VERY……VERY horrible staff…….i have the pics to prove how disgusting these apartments are . Also weird thing to say but the manager Norma told me “side note you can contact your father regarding the issues does not change anything”. Very odd n weird thing to say when you’re a “ manager” & especially cuz I know I have a freedom of speech & can let ANYBODY know about my experience there at VIVE APARTMENTS🤣

⭐ 1-Star Review — VIVE Apartments Absolutely the worst experience ever. These people are liars. We have been living here since last year, and when it was time for our renewal, I went to the office and spoke directly with the manager. We agreed that if my rent stayed the same, I would renew my lease and continue living here. They verbally agreed with me. But when the paperwork came, they did not keep the same rate, and they told me they would “add the $81 discount every month” during my payments. Once they had me sign the contract, they changed the amount and continued charging me the higher rent. Now they’re lying and acting like they never agreed to keep my original rate. Completely dishonest. On top of that, their maintenance is terrible. Last year, our refrigerator was not cooling at all. Our food kept spoiling. Every time I reported it, they showed me the same picture from their faulty temperature gun, claiming the fridge was fine. Nothing was fixed. I finally had to call the Code Compliance Department. When the officer inspected my apartment, he confirmed the fridge was not cooling and issued them a notice. And guess what? Within 20–30 minutes, suddenly they had no excuses and fixed the refrigerator immediately. They clearly don’t care unless someone forces them. To my Afghan community, please do not lease an apartment here. These people will say anything before you sign, and after that, you will face nothing but problems. Maintenance is terrible. They don’t take care of the AC — in the summer you will suffer from the heat, and in the winter you will freeze from the cold. This place is not worth it. Do not come here.

Josie Johnson, leasing manager Was so amazing She showed professionalism over the phone as we were talking. She explained everything to me step-by-step. She was respectful Very welcoming. She was patient every time I met with her. She had that great smile on her face, and that uplifting attitude norma. The property manager was very very welcoming.

My daughter lives here I also use to live here it is the worst place roaches everywhere pools never open don’t let the pictures fool you none of the pictures are true when you have maintenance issues it’s almost impossible to get things fixed immediately. Hot water is almost off every month so if you work long hours or just had a hard day that you just want to come home and shower check your water first. Dumpsters overflow I’m not sure why but the trash doesn’t get collected for days and it doesn’t help that people have little kids throwing out trash they don’t put it in the dumpsters and speaking of kids kids roaming around unsupervised all day and almost at night The hot water has been off for 4 days now when called Thursday and Friday they stated that they were working on it no notice was sent and that is that maintenance lives on property . Maintenance guys use the parking lot as a garage they own so many cars that they don’t use .

Take any chance to do extra charges but will never fix anything at the apartments. Been calling for over 2 months to get pest control control the roaches but nothing works. Dish washer is broken and cats outside are all sick ! It’s sad to get on a lease hoping to live decently just to have your apartment be somewhere you don’t want to be in.
