Unfortunately this is me and my partners first apartment. What a nightmare the ac is always broken and instead of fixing it they put in a window ac and didn’t even seal it!! My unit is always at 80° not only am I struggling with heat exhaustion they’re racking up my electricity bills! they make it so hard to contact them and don’t even respond back to their emails. Kids trying to break into cars and banging on doors. Hot water turns off every month atleast. STILL waiting for the pool to open! how are we paying utilities fees and garbage fees when NONE OF THOSE ARE TAKEN CARE OF. Definitely collecting my evidence to try to end my lease SOON this is hell.

Do Not Rent From These People!!! They Never Have Hot Water!!! One Time We Went 5 days Without Hot Water!! And They Are Never In The Office On Saturdays We Moved In, In April And We Still Don’t Have A Mail Key For The Mailbox!!! They Let Us Move Into A Roach Infested Apartment Got Animals In The Walls!! The List Goes On Well Will Be Moving Out AS SOON AS OUR LEASE IS UP!!!

You’re better off staying away from this place. Don’t let the fake pictures and cheap price fool you. I’ve had water leaking from my AC for 4 days nonstop, and I have to dry the floor every few hours so my apartment doesn’t flood. I went to the office multiple times, and they still can’t tell me when anyone will come fix it. I was told they only have one maintenance person for the whole property. My mailbox has also been broken since I moved in, and after many complaints, nothing has been fixed. This place has serious management and maintenance problems. I truly regret moving here.
