I love some Mrs.Linda she is so positive and she has a wonderful spirit and she do things from the heart. Everytime I see her I just feel nothing but good vibes, she’s an amazing person. If I could give her 1000 stars I would, if you ask me she should definitely be one of the top managers. Mrs Tina the supervisor is a good person as well, her spirit is definitely great. They both are a Blessing. I feel comfortable with Mrs. Linda and Mrs Tina and also their maintenance are the bestttt! They gets it done and fix what needs to be done properly and in and order, and they are very nice and pleasant.

I have lived here since 8/2020 and I LOVE it here! I have lived in a lot of apartments in my life and this complex has been the very BEST. The manager, Tina, and assistant, Maria are also the best. When I call with an issue or question they are very nice and really listen. They don’t just blow me off or say anything just to shut me up. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. It is very quiet in my building and I love it. The maintenance men Raul and Jerry are also on top of it. I have never called about an apartment problem and not have it fixed on the same day. I have also had to call early in the morning with an air conditioning problem when we were experiencing HIGH temperatures and they came right away and took care of the issue. I recently had a toilet issue that happened at midnight and when I called maintenance Jerry was out about 20 minutes later. I love the covered parking and there are always enough places to park even when I work late. I also like that is a gated complex. I just signed a year lease till 9/2024. I really couldn’t see myself living anywhere else!😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars to Tina and Maria! And ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars to the maintenance team of Raul and Jerry!

I’ve been living here for a little while now and let me just say they are great. There maintenance man are there for any problem small or big. And Mrs Maria is always helpful and professional. Nice quiet little place if that’s what your looking for. There not like other apartments there actually keep up with the pool and have it open almost always.

I have lived here now since 2015. I have lived in a one bedroom, studio, and 2 bedroom here at the Villas. No issues with any of the moves. I use AT&T internet and CPS for energy. When I first moved in the management kinda sucked but then we got Tina and Maria. Tina and Maria are awesome for those of us who know how to read our leases. The only issues I've learned were from neighbors upset they didn't know we have to give a 2 months notice. I have never had issues with crime: theft or otherwise and I feel safe in this neighborhood. These apartments are older so noisy neighbors be noisy. If everyone was considerate then this place would be amazing unfortunately you more than likely will hear your neighbors fights or s-xcapades due to the age of the walls. Pic was from moving day into studio...mind the mess. Maintenance is very friendly and helpful even when you call them via the hotline for the weekend. You might have to follow up on requests because the phone/email system sometimes doesn't cycle through.

I have been here since July and I have to say this place does not get enough credit. There were a few things that needed to get fixed when I first moved in but they were taken care of in a timely manner and to my liking. The office staff has always been friendly and are always smiling when I come in. The manager Colleen is the sweetest lady. The laundry facility is pretty clean when I have gone. Finding a place to park has never been an issue for me. Its quiet and my neighbors are nice. I love coming home no complaints here.
