Love the apt but the neighbor upstairs lately has 5 people move in with 3 little kids making all kinds of noise.Which escaled to him assulting me and I called the and filed charges, on the 3rd For assualting an elderly person. gave the reports to the office on the 11th its now the 28 they said it would take 4 to 6 months. well this says differantly.Landlords should thoroughly document every potentially illegal incident (including police reports, witness statements, or photos) and, in severe cases, may issue a 3-Day Notice to Vacate without giving the tenant(s) time to correct the violation. Supporting law: Tex. Prop. Code § 24.005

Juliana was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She worked patiently with three of us filling out applications. We got in and out in a short time. The apartment is lovely.

Valencia Apartments has been my home for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier. The management and staff are top-notch, always going above and beyond to assist residents. What truly impresses me is their responsiveness – whenever I submit a request, the maintenance team is at my door the next day, fully equipped to handle any issue. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-maintained, and surprisingly affordable. Plus, the convenience of living near the highway and a variety of local stores can't be beat. If you're looking for a great place to live with exceptional service, Valencia is it!

This place is infested with rats, cockroaches and more. Half of their amenities that they list are not even working and have not been working for years. Mailbox’s here are always getting broken into. The office will do nothing about it. This place is an absolute joke. Not to mention the amount of dog attacks, guns being pulled on residents and break ins which is all documented and caught on camera.
