I love chap! For sure the best on campus housing at UTSA. Also much safer than university oaks! I recommend to all freshmen

Finding a person in there is close to impossible. There are iron gates and no directions for finding buildings, no internal maps. Great for prisoners. It's a maze and they can't escape.

as a first time college student i’m really happy with having my own room and space and the wifi is shockingly good. pitiful “kitchen” space though and very little cabinet space for 4 people

A great first year living arrangement, each person gets their own room and then a living space and kitchenette that’s shared with roommates. One bathroom per two people. However, not much security as gates are always open and access to each room is exterior access. The occasional skunk, possum, or raccoon in the complex. Overall great first year living choice.
