Continuation Reply: From Debria Shaw First Post Review on 11/16/25 "Thank you for finally responding to my concerns. I find it interesting that it has taken multiple attempts, including a email to the corporate office two to three weeks ago ( with proof of screen shot of text messages of my conversation with Juan giving me all information including my garage number and date of receiving my garage, then taking it back from me), numerous text messages, and phone calls with Giselle and Juan , just to trying to receive a response how much longer or any update. Nope I was treated like a joke! As a matter of fact, Juan's response to me giving me much attitude, letting me know that the former residences pay for all 3 of their garages so therefore; I just have to deal with it until they're able to receive their garages where they are residing at now and you are back on the waiting list. Throughout this process, I have felt disregarded and treated unfairly for simply standing up for my rights and seeking a fair resolution. As a woman of color, it is obviously blatantly in my face of what I am dealing with." The deflection is real! Take accountability for your mistakes. Policies are in place for a reason—one garage per family ( it should be) If they need more, they can get off-site storage; there are plenty of options in San Antonio, Texas. This family currently multiple garage's while current residents are on the waiting list. Sadly, My son now is worried about retaliation because I'm speaking up. I have to reassure him that doing what's right is always the best choice. We've done nothing wrong, and you have to stand up for what's right when you're wronged. As a colored, intelligent woman, I'll continue to walk with my head held high and not be ashamed to stand up for my rights, and I'll teach my son to do the same: if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. Twin Creek at Alamo Ranch, Eenhoorn LLC Management, while I appreciate the current willingness to communicate, I want to emphasize that I have been exceedingly patient and professional in my approach and follow my chain of command but unfortunately, I have no desire to meet with you in person about this matter. You had plenty of time to talk before. You can reach me through this review, where the public can see what's happening. Also several advocates have already reached out to me and expressed their concern and offering me support. Alternatively, you can text or email me. I will not and shall not have a verbal conversation with any of you because your words are not valuable to me, and I cannot trust what you say. Moving forward, I expect that my concerns will be addressed with the seriousness and respect they deserve. I look forward to a prompt and equitable resolution to this issue." Here's a thought that you Twin Creek at Alamo should have renting garage PODS for your residence that live on another property. That would've been the fair thing to do and actually resolving their issues and not making it my issue of what they do not have on their new property. Lastly, I can provide all screenshots and documentations of multiple conversations that I have had with your leasing agents trying to communicate and compromise and to resolve this matter. After exploring several apartment complexes that were overpriced for the living space they offered, I discovered Twin Creek by God's design. I am currently navigating a divorce and was seeking to assess pricing and location to determine what I could afford once my situation is finalized. During my initial visit, I met Jazell and Juan, both of whom were exceptional in their service. I shared my specific needs with them, and they showed me an apartment that perfectly suited my hybrid-work requirements. Their rental pricing was remarkably reasonable compared to others in the area, prompting me to decide to rent now rather than wait until my divorce was finalized. **Things That Stand Out:** Management: The entire office staff goes above and beyond to ensure tenants are well cared for, from the initial search through to lease signing. They are incredibly accommodating and attentive to residents' needs. Maintenance: I experienced minimal issues requiring maintenance, but any work orders I submitted were completed promptly. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and respectful, which is especially important for me as a single renter. Location: I appreciate the area; everything I need is just about 5 minutes away. I initially thought commuting would be a challenge because Alamo Ranch Parkway is a busy street. However, the traffic lights are synchronized, allowing for smooth traffic flow, and I’ve found Culebra manageable during morning rush hour; much better than the Potranco area I previously lived in. Would I recommend this complex? Absolutely. It’s worth your time to check them out; you won't be disappointed.

It is very peaceful and quiet compared to our previous apartment and area, traffic can suck in this area but the apartments are worth it so far(very beautiful). Juan has been very helpful with everything we have needed.

The staff and management are all so welcoming and kind. The cookies are out of this world which immediately indicates the reputation of this property for me. I’m glad to be a new resident and will refer friends who are also looking for a prospering community to live in.

They have 28 Apartments available beware!!!!! Long overdue review. When we first moved here and was looking for an apartment I did everything out of state with Juan Palacios leasing person he was all nice and professional in the beginning. When we finally moved in it was not even the apartment we viewed online the one we saw was wooden floor when I finally go there it was all carpet except the kitchen and bathroom and a piece of the front door. The people upstairs had a big dog that would pee and the pee would run down my wall to my perosnal balcony I had to complain about 3-4 times before anything got done Also complain about the loud noise from upstairs I know we can’t control everything and everyone but we have a noise rule at 10 pm they would have the big dog run back and forth and a vacuum going on at 10 pm when I approached the leasing office JUAN recommended me to call the non emergency number like no this is ur building you need to speak to your tenants not me or police. Also I got locked out my garage one day and it was before hours they were all inside the office when I knocked 15 min till opening time instead of answering Good morning no JUAN got the door and said WHAT HAPPENED Jennifer with no respect or being professional He is very choosy how he treats people. Oh and he’s noisy too. The Maintenance people 10/10 hopefully they find better building to work at and not Twin Creeks The amenities at the complex like the pool was always dirty in the inside with green algae Also, the barbecues they had would never work we would always have to put in work or And to be cleaned because the rails inside were always broken. Last but not least the moving process sucked because we had to leave out of state and we couldn’t return the key in a week before Because they had to process that And then it will be a big deal for them because they have prorate your rent which they didn’t want They sent me to collections for a rug that I asked proof for and they never gave me the proof of it so I will be disputing it and I will be fighting it Thank you TwinCreeks for a year Of misery!!!!!! I would not recommend this building to anybody Juan Palacios needs a new career on how to treat people And send them proof of what you’re billing for and the damages before sending to collections. I left the rug cleaned we got it cleaned before leaving
