Tribute at the Rim

I’m very happy living at Tribute at The Rim. The apartments are beautiful, and the office staff has been very helpful and collaborative. However, I’ve noticed that some of the common areas, especially the trash area, tend to be a bit neglected on weekends. The stairways leading to the parking areas also need more attention, as some residents walk their dogs there and do not pick up after them. Overall, I really like the community, but I believe these areas could be improved.

The front office are the sweetest people ever!

WARNING ‼️ if you are looking to live in this area to be able to walk to all restaurants, movies, etc. please look at other apartments before signing up with this complex. Since living here, both dog parks are always full of dog poop, there is dog poop even on the sidewalks, lights are broken and falling over, damaged walls are visible where you can see Sheetrock and so forth, concrete is stained, and so many other things that make you feel like you live on the south side. Please See Photos for reference. This is just a glimpse. It’s absolutely disgusting and even more embarrassing to have people visit and have them point out the smell and sight of poop everywhere. When you first visit, they show you the great parts - Of course the lobby and pool is beautiful. Truth is, you don’t live in the lobby or pool or have people walk through there when they visit. They walk through the halls that are not taken care of, paint falling, it feels like a place where you might be paying $600 a month. We are at the Rim, this place should meet the expectations of the area. Maintenance and management is lousy. If they cared, they would at least pick up the poop. Just see the photos. I’m so glad I’m out of here in a few weeks. Pay rent where people actually care. I’m sure after this review, all the poop will be picked up but don’t be fooled…

I had an excellent experience with the team at Tribute at the Rim. From the very beginning, the staff provided outstanding customer service and truly went above and beyond during the application process. They were patient, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Their guidance and support made a big difference, especially while navigating the details of applying for an apartment. What stood out the most was their genuine willingness to help and their positive attitude throughout the entire process. It’s clear that they care about residents even before you move in. I highly recommend Tribute at the Rim, especially because of the amazing staff and the level of attention they provide. Definitely a 5-star experience!
