Townhomes at Limestone Oaks

WORST APARTMENT! DO NOT RENT HERE! I moved in October my mistake for not see the apartment before moving in. The complex is dirty and old. The website is misleading. I have not had a working refrigerator since I moved in and it’s January AND I moved in October!!!!!! I put in a maintenance request in November, did not get a call nor did anyone come by. I understand people are busy. So I waited I work a lot so by the time I get off they are close so I gave them about a month. Then I called infuriated because no one even bother to come by nor call so that day someone came by and work on it for 2-3 hours just for it not to work. Then they called saying that they order me a new refrigerator and it will be delivered the next day. STILL DID NOT RECEIVE A REFRIGERATOR!!!!! So I call the office they said they would check on it got my number and would call me back. I wait about a week NOTHING! So I called back they told me the same thing they will give me a call back! I waited NOTHING. 3 week past by at this point I am very angry. And it’s been 3 months I gave them more then enough time. And I got to the office and the lady says I never said that when I have the voicemail of her saying I was getting a new refrigerator with her saying her name and she still try to lie! Then for her to call me back and say sorry they won’t be able to give you a new one but they will be delivering a use one better then you have. LIKE SERIOUSLY! Never got even a used one. Then since I moved in the mailbox were broken, they supposedly fixed them I went got my key for the very first time and it just slide off the lock and broke after they claimed to have fix it. On top of that the very first day I moved in my water was not on ,the door doesn’t open on my balcony and the front door is not level. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE LIVED AT AND IM JUST COUNTING THE DAYS TO MOVE OUT! And I Moved for the eastside to these thinking it would be a better atmosphere NO! Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Plus found out there was a body found in the dumpster a few years back.

I moved in the beginning of December 2017 and have had a lovely experience with the maintenance staff and with Crystal from the office. So friendly and helpful. Really top notch and professional. My townhome had roaches and wasn’t clean at move-in and had a leak, but everything was taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. I have been very pleased with my decision to move in so far!

I have lived here since 2014 and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. Its not worth the money at all. We have had a Raccoon (YES, A FREAKING RACOON) living in our ceiling for over a year now. The customer service overall is below average. There are about 25 stray cats on the Townhomes side because neighbors feed them. The units need a total remodel, inside and out. About $100-$150 over priced.

so far this has been the best decision me and my husband made once moving here, the townhomes are very spacious and incredibly designed. My three year old son has tons of play with the kids here and loves the three pools. They get you great deals on timewarner and the staff is usually very friendly and do a good job on making you feel like your a priority. my husband and I strongly feel comfortable renewing our lease

Love the people here the staff are very friendly, and the pool is very very nice they did a very good job on it it was worth the wait, and the maintenence is very good
