Managing an apartment complex involves numerous responsibilities and requires careful attention to both current and prospective tenants. Every property has its advantages and challenges; however, effective tenant engagement by staff members is crucial for successful operations. My recent experience with Cathy Guerro at Timber Ridge has been exemplary. Ms. Guerro consistently performs her duties with professionalism, composure, and efficiency. She has been prompt in addressing any requests or concerns related to my unit and demonstrates a high level of responsiveness. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to lease from her again. I appreciate her commitment to serving as the initial point of contact for prospective tenants and for her diligent efforts behind the scenes. The five-star rating reflects my opinion of the dedicated staff at Timber Ridge.

Becky, Cathy, Rodrigo, and James are outstanding staff at Timber Ridge Apartments. They all have demonstrated the ability to prioritize work asignments, make the most of time and materials and effect timely and accurate completion of work assignments. I've lived here at Timber Ridge since April 2015 and have seen a lot of progress on the property, especially since Becky, Cathy, Rodrigo and James have taken the helm at management and maintenance. They work as a team to achieve their daily goals here at Timber Ridge. Their responsiveness to the tenants here are fast and effective. I think they have all provided excellent performance under adverse conditions.

I have toured with Cathy and I referred a friend and she went yesterday and applied the very next day. Cathy is very informative and knowledgeable. The unit was really nice and clean. The location is good and they have good prices. If you are looking for an apartment, reasonably priced with a staff that cares, I would definitely give this Timber Ridge consideration.

It's nice and quiet and in a great location. However, maintenance takes a few weeks to respond to work orders and the appliances are old and never work properly. The apartments are run down and overpriced. When the winter storm hit in 2021 we did not have use of our washer/dryer hook-up for 4 months because they claim they were waiting on parts to fix the storm damage. Water is shut off for "emergency repairs" about twice a month. The pool water is green and full of leaves and dirt. The prior property manager Carla did much better job with the upkeep of the property. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! New to San Antonio..my son and I thought we got a really nice apartment boy were we wrong. Roach infested. Lived here 10 months was able to get out of my lease because one of the maintenance guys threatened my 21-year-old son for playing loud music at the pool during the middle of the day. Aside from not feeling safe and roach infested none of the work orders were ever completed. Dishwasher never work the whole time there, No closet doors in master bedroom, clogged bath tub upend moving which I had to do myself and as much more…like I said DO NOT RENT HERE!
