Chloe in the leasing manager is amazing and stays on top of things. They are always working to improve the property every day! Pool is kept excellently!

I have lived in the timber ridge apartments for several years. I recently upgraded to a larger unit and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Cathy and Becky made the process simple and smooth. They were always respectful and informative. The new unit is clean and has been well taken care of and exceeds my expectations. I also want to say that the maintenance team is outstanding. They are always attentive to whatever issue you may have. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

catalytic converter stolen while visiting here one night (tonight ) . Apartment has no cameras except ones in the entrance and exit gates but none by the office if u park there . They don’t do anything for you or your guest when damage is done like this. My boyfriend sent an email talking about issues and was very upset in the email cussing at them… my car was definitely targeted the next day and magically cameras “ don’t view that area” . I do belive staff was behind it and had this done since message about neighbors and them not doing anything happened .

Neighbors smoke inside and it says in the lease paperwork you aren’t supposed to , when brought up the office they said they are not a no smoking family facility so can’t address neighbors smoking cigarettes inside. That’s not true when it’s in the lease . But due to many complaints etc they refuse to do anything.neighbors also are drunk all day and night long loud on the phone and yelling w all their “ guest “ hours of the night . And they don’t complain or say shit. But if u have any type of loud noise office will make a false report and call the cops on you . I suggest you have cameras in ur home to make sure everything is on video . cant even use our ac because the smell from downstairs neighbors is so bad and comes through our vents . If u wanna live by two people who smoke all day long outside and have ur kids smell cigarettes and be toxic to their health then this is the place for you.
