Wonderful place to live. Lisa, Gary, and Nancy go above and beyond every day. They host weekly resident dinners, are very responsive to maintenance and safety questions, and have improved the community over the years substantially.

I’ve been here over 3 years and absolutely love the place. One of the few property management companies that actually listens to its residents. Work orders are done the same day if you have an issue and they make very nice upgrades almost every year. Also, they feed us once a week, which is nice!

I just moved into this new apartment complex, and let’s talk about it. First and foremost, yes. Just yes. This place is absolutely beautiful. One thing that I love about this apartment complex in particular is how it’s just one building. I don’t have to leave my apartment building, cross the entire parking lot just to get to the gym or the pool. I just have to go to the first floor and it’s right there. I live in one of the higher apartments in a one bedroom, one study, one bathroom, and yes, it’s a study room. I’ve looked at countless places, and while we were about to settle for a two bedroom, two bathroom, this place had the study room that we’ve been wishing for. In terms of things that I’ve been wishing for in an apartment, this place has got it all. A french door fridge with a freezer for the bottom half, and the fact it has an ice maker AND a water dispenser, makes me wonder why I didn’t move here sooner. A farmhouse style sink, and a double oven with a brand new microwave just adds to the sleek aesthetic of the apartment. The marble counters, the built in bookshelves, and the standing glass door shower really ties this place together into a incredible place. One issue my partner and I had with out last apartment was how there was really loose security to the complex. My partner had a Ford F150 truck and the tail lights kept getting stolen, not to mention our mail, because there were no cameras anywhere on the property, but with the underground garage and the mail room that is on the first floor, the amount of oversight of the first floor is flawless. It’s enough to see who is coming in and out of the lobby and the garage without invading the privacy of the residents and the floors that they live on. Another thing that is just normal with apartments in general is having to have a “light foot” when living on higher floors, but here, the thickness between the floors and the walls are enough to where I won’t have to worry about that ever again thankfully, and that goes for the walls included. The glass windows are all tinted so even though there are a lot of windows, there is still a good sense of privacy. I have all this praise for the building itself, but the real person who really was the best throughout all of this entire process was the property manager, Lisa Roberts. My goodness, she was the most gracious and sweet human being on the entire planet. I’ve never met someone as transparent and honest as her when it comes to leasing the apartment. She sets up events for the residents of the complex to get to know them and also let the residents have a chance to mingle with each other. All in all, this place is amazing so far. When/if we decide to move from here, I’ll leave another review about my actual time living here. Also if you’re wondering about that tiny fridge in the last photo, it is a wine fridge. Yes, this place is THAT bougie.

This is the third move in I've done with the Vue. I wont be leaving here for a long time. Gary, Jarrod, and Lisa are the most amazing property management team that I've dealt with to date. If you are looking for a great property and a wonderful management team, get over here and sign a lease. The views are breathtaking.

For a long time, we had a horrible management here but now Lisa is here and she is absolutely accommodating and professional. The rest of the staff maintenance people work at the front desk are always helpful and you always feel welcome. If I’ve ever needed anything at all they’ve been able to provide the assistance that I needed. The property is phenomenal. It has a very modern look Love living in a high-rise apartment there’s so many perks and benefits that you just can’t receive and living in a regular apartment complex. The rooftop pool and the grill that they have out there it’s amazing because there’s very little people that go so there’s a lot of privacy and it’s so safe and secure with the underground parking and elevator that comes up to your units. I could go on and on about the staff and , living here. The best decision I’ve ever made is to live at The Vue.
