I would love to express my gratitude and appreciation for the office and maintenance staff. They’re wonderful in keeping everyone safe. The property has been great with hosting events and having food trucks for the complex. I’ve had a few friends compliment the vintage for being so secure and close to work, as well as walking distance to Starbucks, Panera and Canes. Happy to call The Vintage home.

I've been living here since 2024. I've lived in many different apartments in many states and The Vintage is my favorite. The office staff is very attentive and friendly. James with maintenance goes beyond to make sure everything is running properly. The property is always well maintained. My neighbors are very quiet. It's a great place to live. The Vintage Apartments have been my home for almost 6 years and they are the best apartment complex I’ve lived at in San Antonio! During COVID, rates were locked in to ensure we were able to pay rents during uncertain times. The best part about this property is that they have 2 parking garages which keep my car cool and protected. Another good part is that the tenants are mostly students or employees of Medical Center institutions like health schools or hospitals. James is very friendly and knows his craft well as a Maintenance member. I’ve always been impressed with his courtesy and honesty about all repairs done. If it wasn’t for me moving out in early 2026 to live with my partner, I would renew my lease here as it is truly a gem of a property in the Medical Center area!!

My husband and I have lived here since 2016 and absolutely love it. The location is perfect, within walking distance of University Hospital and UT Health. The office staff is always friendly and responsive, and James in maintenance is fantastic. He fixes things quickly and replaces appliances when needed, which makes life here stress-free. The community is well cared for, management is proactive, and we really appreciate the covered garage parking. The gym is well equipped, and they’ve even added items based on resident suggestions. During the Texas snowmageddon we never lost power, and when a sprinkler pipe burst and flooded behind our walls, cleanup and repairs started right away and were finished quickly! After almost a decade here, we’ve chosen to stay even after my husband became faculty at UT Health. It’s rare to find an apartment community that’s this well maintained, responsive, and truly worry-free. It makes it hard to want to leave.

I had a fantastic experience touring The Vintage apartments with Nick! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure to highlight the unique features that set The Vintage apart. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we were looking for. Nick’s energy and enthusiasm made the whole process enjoyable, and I left the tour feeling confident and excited about possibly making The Vintage my new home. Highly recommend working with Nick if you're apartment hunting—he truly goes above and beyond!
