I have lived here for 4/5 years. Management currently in place at these apartments are very efficient and always willing to assist with everyone's needs. Ms. Taube and her assistant Rebecca have brought alot of Positive changes to the apartment complex. The apartments have a beautiful layout and are spacious, never had issues with maintenance all my orders have always been taken care of almost immediately or maintenance man Arturo is very efficient and very professional.

The property manager, assistant manager, and maintenance are always on top of everything. They always are smiling and taking the time to always conversate with us regarding our community or just a daily conversation. The manager is always walking the property to make sure the property is good.

I lived there for 3 years the reason for 4 stars and not five was because of security. I'm coming in from work past midnight with my gate key in uniform and they kept asking my name and apartment number and if I did not stop and answer their questions they were going to have call the cops. I just kept walking to my apartment. I did put in a complaint. I did see the same security a few times but was never bothered by them again.

Absolutely ratchet -10/10 would NOT recommend this place. It’s extremely unsafe for children. Homeless people and crackheads are constantly roaming this building. Don’t even get me started on the stray cats as well! If I could break my lease and live somewhere else It definitely would be worth every single penny in the world. Managment pretends to care by making many changes to the building yet refuses to check cameras or have a 24 hour security person who roamed the building because they’re too lazy to spend money on actual safety. Majority of the year the gates in the parking lot are broken and you literally can’t get anything done unless YOU request it. This place seriously needs new management you clearly know you’re across the street from a homeless shelter yet you still don’t take the correct precautions to make everyone elderly/with children feel safe. (Image attached is of the graffiti that was just placed in our elevators this Saturday afternoon because as stated above, no one is here to ever properly secure the building and keep it safe)
