The Sterling at Oak Hills

I came in as a walk-in and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Ms.Kayla at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing and represented her team so well. Ms.Kayla had a bright and radiant personality told me everything I needed to know with in-depth details. She showed me their beautiful C1, 2 bedroom unit and I was absolutely floored by how gorgeous it was. I am still stuck on the beautiful kitchen, with the large island, and sufficient countertop space. They have 2 story gym and 24-hour access to the business center and mini-convenience store! Beautiful property, awesome amenities, and, once again, lovely leasing agent. Thank you Ms.Kayla. You were awesome. This may definitely be my future apartment community.

Juliet and Indira were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they provided outstanding help and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive, making what could have been a stressful process feel easy and manageable. Their knowledge and dedication really showed, and I genuinely felt cared for the entire time. I can’t thank them enough for their excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, top-notch assistance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One example that really stood out was how quickly and thoughtfully the team handled a time-sensitive situation for us—Kat personally followed up, made sure communication was clear, and ensured everything was resolved smoothly without stress. Update: enjoy luxury living in an under construction community!!!! I'll sum it up first—way overpriced for what they offer! 1. Paying over $2200 (a bunch of extras I won’t even get into) is definitely not worth it. 2. Hallways are stained, the pool is murky , and there’s a dog urine smell every now and then. 3. The extra features feel like a demo—no cold coffee for months. 4. I got charged for no reason, brought it up with the previous manager, and the next day I got a letter about a management change. When I asked, they had no record of my complaint. So who’s responsible then?
