The St. John

I have been a tenant at St. John Apts since 2023, and I can honestly say it has completely gone downhill (that's an understatement). The new management is awful. Their complete lack of communication is somehow even worse than the previous management team, which I didn't think was possible. The entire atmosphere of the complex has shifted into an unwelcome, completely unfriendly environment. Living here has become incredibly frustrating. There always seem to be a disgusting roach infestation that isn't being properly handled. On top of that, there are constantly loud crowds (mostly young kids with no adult supervision) hanging out at the pool late into the evening, screaming and making noise. Half the time, it feels like they don't even live here, and management does absolutely nothing to enforce rules or quiet hours. To make matters worse, I just had an Amazon package stolen right from my door. In all the years I’ve lived here since 2023, that has NEVER happened to me until recently. Security and basic respect for tenants are nonexistent now. If my financial situation permitted it, I would be leaving TODAY. Unfortunately, I'm stuck here for now. This property desperately needs a MAJOR management and property reset. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I lived here for 3+years, and it was great Until the new management came in. December 2025. Zero communication between staff. Basically was evicted because multiple people said I was missing payments, never was. They Lost paper work one month and wrong information relayed to me from unqualified assistant manager/ staff the next month.The managers are unprofessional, could care less that this is your home. No acknowledgment when entering the office. No response to emails calls etc. I’m not the only one who has experienced this, according to other people in the building. I would not consider living here with the pretend management that’s currently here.

I had lived at these apartments for almost 2 years. The first year was amazing. However, after the property owner changed management companies it went downhill real quick. First, the gates never worked and were always open, which was a safety concern as anyone can drive in or walk-in. And if they were closed several times at night, they would not open using the app or the keypad preventing you from getting into your own community. Also, the property cleanliness is nonexistent now. The walkways need to be power washed as people with holes in their garbage bags have left trails all over the walkways. And on the topic of garbage, I don’t know if they’re not paying the city to remove the garbage Or what’s happening with that but the dumpster is constantly overflowing With garbage and into the streets. Not only is that Unsightly, Very unsanitary. Lastly, the office staff are completely incompetent and very rude. There have been several times I’ve walked because they wouldn’t answer their phone where I would stand in front of the desk of the leasing staff with no one else in the office and have to wait to be greeted because they were on their phone texting. Looking at you Precious. DO BETTER!

Everything is good here at St John's apartments I love my apartment. Thank you for everything Saint John apartments for making me live here comfortable.
