Been here a month and don’t like it whenever you call the office they never answer the phone
Try to add a new one today 11/6/24 but it doesn't let me submit it. They sent me an email saying that my work order was completed and to leave a review but my work was never done so I don't know why they're telling me to put in a survey and it hasn't even been done
Also, if you're trying to put a bad review, it doesn't let you submit it
Maintenance came unexpectedly to fix the stove just looked at it and said it was OK. There's no way the stove goes like that, but I'm not gonna worry about it. 11/9/24

I've had the pleasure of having great communication with Santi (Leasing Agent), Victoria (Assistant Manager), and Meshay (Manager) from the office, everyone is professional, and always willing to assist with any concerns I have had with my mother's apartment. The entire office staff and maintenance staff all go above and beyond to get things fixed and resolved; they are willing to listen to their residents and make the apartment complex a safe environment for all.

Sante is so good at her job. She has so much patience. Thank you so much for your help in filling out the right spot on the application. The applications printing is so SMALL. They need to make the print bigger. PLEASE. The apartments are so beautiful 😍. I can't wait to move in!!! 🙏

Went to visit family. And the maintenance staff help my aunt when her sink was overflowing. Always saying good morning and making sure my aunt and neighbors are comfortable. Knowing it's an elderly community nice to know Willie and his staff take care of our family members.

The staff in the office and the maintenance here are awesome. My Tia has lived here for some time and I am so happy to say she loves it here. Unlike other properties we’ve seen, the maintenance has really shown dedication. Mr. Willie has been dependable and responsive throughout all her experience living here from minor issues to emergencies. There should be more people who love their job like they do because it shows in their work and in this community! Everything is nice and clean and it’s a wonderful place to live.
