The apartments are definitely great!!! The apartment manager is very professional and polite. Any problems or concerns that you have she’s really great at getting things done. I would recommend these apartments for anyone looking for something that’s affordable and nice. Definitely 10/10!!! 😌

Dear management, I want to commend Chastity Morales, the property manager at The Rise Apartments. Since I moved in, Chastity's exceptional care has truly made this property feel like home. Her professionalism and helpfulness are evident in every interaction. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and effectively. The units are well-maintained, and the staff is professional and kind. Chastity's dedication is the reason I have chosen to continue my residency here. I am grateful to have found The Rise and to have Chastity as the manager. I highly recommend The Rise Apartments

After weeks of searching around the Balcones Heights area, I’m so glad I found The Rise Apartments. What really made the difference was Chastity, the property manager. From the first visit, she was warm, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. She walked me through the simple application process and took the time to show me multiple clean and well-maintained units. The apartment I moved into was spotless, updated, and felt like home right away. I even had a warm welcome sign in my apartment upon move-in. You can tell the staff really cares about the property and the people living here. Chastity went above and beyond to make my transition smooth, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and kind demeanor. So much thanks to our property manager Chastity and the contractors for the incredible job on our balcony. Below I included a before and after photos. They even went above and beyond IMO by following up with applying a sealer to help preserve the new balcony floor. We’re so appreciative of the job!! Now we can enjoy both decorating and time relaxing outside.

Really nice apartments and even nicer community. The inside of the apartments are nice and reasonably priced as well. Maintenance is wonderful! The leasing Manager was very helpful during my application process and got me into a nice apartment rather quickly. They also respond back quickly if needed. Also there are a lot of businesses nearby and restaurants as well. Idefinitely recommend these apartments. I’ve been living here a few months now and have no complaints.
