The Retreat at Medical Center

I went for a tour at retreat at medical. The rates are reasonable and apartments were spacious. We work with Jose and he was very informative and helpful. We had a couple challenges but Jose was patient and made the application process quite smooth. I recommend retreat at medical and asked for Jose for the tour.

Comfort and care. Over 15 years our family have lived here....and will continue to call this location our Home. By far the most respectful office personnel you could ask for. Apartment management has been available to answer all questions and handles maintenance or residential issues with professionalism. I can safely state that every service call is seen as important and is responded to quickly. The landscape is inviting and well maintained. There's a atmosphere of serenity here. It peaceful. Locations of medical facilities, restaurants, grocery stores, auto repair services are located very close, making this a prime hub for tenants here. Transportation is also very convenient with bus routes located directly in front of complex. I want to mention the attentive service and respectful personality of Jose for managing Retreat at Medical center. Our family thanks you and everyone for a past, present and continuing place to call Home.

Had a horrible experience with this whole situation of an apartment. The tow company was just brutal, vehicles towed with blinkers on, taken when permits were inside, taken when registered. The place doesn’t feel safe either. I wouldn’t move or air bnb here.

This place is roach infested. The AC units are outdated, I’m glad we left before ours went out. Nothing is fixed. The walls are paper thin, the “upgrades” on cabinets are literally painted over without cleaning prior, I’m an experienced painter so no one should ever do a job that way. The tubs and sinks are painted with latex, it should be epoxy because after a couple of weeks the paint peels off and you’ll probably get charged for it. The community is has unsupervised children running and getting into trouble and breaking property so beware. Don’t live here. It’s not great. The price is not worth it.

Not worth the price. Move in last year, busted refrigerator and oven. Told the office about it, get ignored. Not once but multiple times. Roach infestation, but they automatically charge you a peat fee which is obviated scam. When I initially signed my contract it was for 1200, after all the fees they tack on with no way opt out were close to 1500. Not ver transparent about anything. They are there to collect money and make sure you get it but when you need them, it’s like you don’t exist. Dumpers are always full, it’s like they wait until the trash is overflowing to collect. I contacted so many times when I first moved it about the same issues and they never got repaired. Can’t wait to move out.
