Zion, the leasing manager, is great! He helped me and my girlfriend find a 2x2 and made the entire process so seamless and easy. Anytime we had questions he was always approachable and helpful. I’m also really happy that the property has been pest free, which has made living here even better.

Our move-in experience has been seamless from start to finish. Any time we had a question or ran into a small issue, Zion, Mackenzie, and Madison were right there to help. They’re always available, responsive, and genuinely care about making sure residents are taken care of. It’s been a really smooth transition and we appreciate how helpful the whole team has been.

Living here has been such a good experience. Zion is an amazing leasing manager and is always approachable whenever I have questions or need help with something. One thing I appreciate the most is that the property has been pest free, which was a huge upgrade for me and my roommates. The front office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance responds really fast whenever we put in a request. Me and my besties actually came from U Oaks and it's honestly night and day compared to where we lived before. The amenities and in-unit upgrades have gotten so much better too.

Huge shoutout to Zion and the front office team. Zion is such a helpful leasing manager and always makes time to answer questions or help residents out. Another thing I love is how pest free the property has been. My friends and I moved here from U Oaks and that alone has made such a difference. Maintenance is also super reliable and quick to take care of work orders. You can really tell the property has been improving a lot too, especially with the upgraded units and amenities.

Terrible management and even worse front office staff. The leasing office has been consistently unprofessional and dismissive, and at times openly hostile for no clear reason. Interactions often felt personal rather than professional or based off policies. I was repeatedly given trouble over my very well cared for cat, including being accused of neglect simply because I am a student and not home 24/7. At one point, a front office staff member even threatened to charge me for exaggerated “damage” to the apartment. Normal pet behavior, like the occasional hair ball, does not damage plastic flooring, and treating it as is unreasonable. Sometimes the management portals doesn't work. My apartment had roaches that was not addressed after I complained. Also, the property has interfered with my mail, which is extremely serious and completely unacceptable for any professionally managed complex. I would think carefully before choosing to move in here. Their lease is difficult to get out of if you do want to leave early, the only way is through reletting.
