I've lived here for two and a half years and love it! It's a quiet, peaceful haven hidden away in Alamo Heights. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable with the Quarry, HEB, and other reataurants just around the corner. The management and maintenance staff seem to truly care about their residents satisfaction. Shout out to Freddy for always coming through on maintenance requests, even in 100+ degree days!

The Quarry Townhomes have been my home for eight years now a great place that keeps their standards. Great management Team almost like family. Maintenance is fast and goes above and beyond to keep your place warm when it’s cold and cold when it’s warm always getting top dollar for your dollar. The pool is always clean No noise As your Alamo Heights standards are met in every way possible. Everybody Pretty much knows everybody so we know when we don’t have people from here around keeping our community and belonging safe and sound. Very peacefulplace to live for you and your loved ones Not to mention the great school district that your little ones will enjoy rated top 10 in the state in mostly any category from sports to academics I hardly ever give out reviews, but the Quarry Townhomes deserves A five star due to the fact that they keep their standards of living Unlike other places.

I've lived at The Quarry Townhomes for a couple of years and have absolutely loved my time here! You can't beat the location and the complex is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The entire staff has been incredibly helpful and the maintenance team handles requests so quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the team, highly recommend to future tenants!
