The Haven at Westover Hills

The Haven has one of the best staffs. Marlo is very attentive to detail and always helpful. The location of the apartments is great, making it easy to get in and out and move around town. It’s a great community to live in.

I had a wonderful experience at The Haven at Westover Hills, and a big part of that was thanks to Marlo in the front office. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she was always quick to help and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Marlo truly made our stay delightful with her positive attitude and willingness to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents and guests the way she does. Thank you, Marlo, for making our experience such a pleasant one!

Five stars for The Haven! The maintenance team here is incredibly responsive; any time I’ve put in a request, it’s handled quickly and correctly the first time. The complex is peaceful, the neighbors are respectful, and I always feel safe and comfortable here. It’s been a stress-free living experience from day one.

The grounds are always well-maintained, and the amenities are top-tier. Plus, the location is unbeatable—close to everything but still feels like a quiet retreat. I first started living here in 2010 and tried renting a house in 2012 then I just needed to come back in 2013. It’s November 2025 and i just renewed my lease. Thank You Joe and RPM, it’s hands down my favorite place i have lived. I love the pool all year.
